Clean room, very comfortable

It’s very clean and smells good. Breakfast is amazing. The staff are very generous and helpful. There’s plenty of parking. The pool atmosphere is very pleasant. I’d recommend anybody to come here and vacation or stay a weekend.

This was a wonderful stay. The best part for me was the convenience in handicap parking. Plenty of handicap spots and close to the door. Place was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a short drive to Universal so staying here was more affordable and easy to get to the parks. The breakfast was nice lots of choices to start your day

Excellent stay! Ample free parking, clean establishment, modern upgrades, friendly staff, and walking distance to several restaurants.

The rooms did not have electricity on Monday, 09/21, and now they won’t refund my money since I rebooked with a different hotel that had electricity.

The parking was easy and convenient. I used the workout room and it was well equipped. The pool was clear and so clean. It was nice being able to do my water aerobics during my stay. Breakfast offered plenty of choices.

The breakfast was bad and the showers was dirty we take showers with slides regardless but the caulking had black spots, the floor wasn’t completely white and you can tell the didn’t do a deep cleaning on that shower before us. My stepson walked on the room rug and his sock was completely black. Other than that the staff was absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back.

Located right off the Florida Turnpike, which is very convenient. Room was clean, beds and pillows very comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again if I found myself in the area again and needing a place to stay.

Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a stay in this price point. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms/hotel clean.

Upon arrival, my daughter got in the shower and when she was stepping out of the shower, she looked down and there was orange/red throw up on the side of the toilet at the bottom of the base (it wasn’t any of ours), so I had to call the front desk Manager to come and clean it, he didn’t want to, but he was very gracious and cleaned it for us. He offered to put us in another room, but my granddaughter had already unpacked all of our stuff into this room. Then, we were going use the coverlet on top of the bed, but there was a stain on it and I’m not sure if it was blood or liquid so we threw those off the bed and luckily there was a blanket in the top of the closet that we used. The microwave smelled like something had been burnt in it and when I put a cup of liquid in it, it started flaming up, so I quickly took it out and cleaned it off and left the plate on the top of the dresser and told the front office staff. The property itself is newer and very nice. I really just think it’s the cleaning crew not paying attention to the details. When I checked out, I told the front desk manager and the maintenance man was standing there and heard everything and said he was going to check it out. I told them if they don’t replace the microwave they’re going to have a fire in the building because it really smelled every time we would use it like it was burning. The front desk manager offered to give me points on my account,,I’m not even sure if I have an account. Breakfast was good

It had been a while since I had stayed at a Hampton Inn. Their quality has not diminished during my absence. The room was big enough, the A/C functional and responsive, the breakfast hours were relaxed and consistent (not tailored to businessmen during the week and slightly more relaxed on the weekend, but 6-10 every day). I noted that the furniture was designed to make it difficult to leave stuff behind, i.e., checking the room for left-behind items was accomplished quickly and easily -- no crawling under beds, or opening countless nooks and crannies. This was also my first time renting an electric car, and the availability of a charger at the hotel was a big plus.

The hotel was unusually loud, slamming doors could be heard throughout the night. Our shower head was damaged and leaking water on the ceiling, and the bed made to much noise.
