Clean, neat room. Ice machine was not working.

Property was ok the front desk girl or boy named Damian was rude and was not willing to help or accommodate us in changing rooms I didn’t like that on the website it said queen bed and sofa sleeper and it was a small little mattress on the window seal not even my small granddaughter could sleep in it my husband tried switching rooms up grade it to a double queen and the front desk was not willing to help we offered to pay the difference but no she said she couldn’t do it so we ended up leaving my granddaughter was not going to sleep in floor no towels in swimming pool area didn’t want to give us towels ice machine didn’t work either so it kinda sucked

Location was great area, close to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfy. Staff were very friendly. Gym equipment machines were not working.

The room also had blood stains on both the bed sheets and the mattress, which was very concerning. In addition, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, and the restroom was not clean upon arrival. Neither of the two TVs in the room worked. When I reported these issues, the staff was unable to resolve them and informed me that I would have to wait until a manager was available the following day. I was also instructed to call the hotel, but when I did, I was placed on hold and no one ever answered or returned to the call. As a result, I had to drive back to the hotel in person to get the situation addressed. Overall, the condition of both rooms, the cleanliness issues, the maintenance problems, and the lack of timely customer service made for a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected a clean, safe, and functional room, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

The rooms were a lot smaller than I expected. My husband laying on the bed and his feet almost touched the wall. The elevator was past due for an inspection since 2023. There wasn’t enough parking room for my car hauler to fit so i had to find another replace to park it. The room was clean but the toilet was too small and short for my husband to use comfortably. We did like the breakfast. We will not be staying here again when we visit next time.

Accomodating staff. The location is walking distance to the music mall and other establishments and restaurants.

What we didn't like was the divider between beds and one of the beds didn't have a counter to place our items.

We went with a large group(4 rooms) but our room looked clean but shower wall had a lot of the previous guest hair. Toilet wouldn’t fill back up we had to do it manually. The staff was very nice and moved us. One other room had the same issue they moved them as well. Staff was very friendly helpful and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Will stay again decent price we stood four nights.

Very nice and helpful staff. Only thing was, I got this hotel for the pool but it was out if service. My kids were bummed about it for those 4 days. Overall good hotel, and cozy.
