Very nice and helpful staff. Only thing was, I got this hotel for the pool but it was out if service. My kids were bummed about it for those 4 days. Overall good hotel, and cozy.

Check in was easy and the room was clean but the carpet had an odor to it. We had taken febreeze and a gain spacer . Breakfast was your average continental breakfast but for a diabetic it ain’t too friendly. The pool was down so didn’t get to enjoy it but to just sleep in it was ok. Parking was great and everything was near it to go to.

They literally try to freeze you to death. We asked the desk to turn down the ac but they said the manager likes it cold so they didn’t do anything

I did not like nothing the Cuban girl which was our housekeeper was rude the front desk was rude that managers was rude we walked in that room it was dirty stink and then they blamed it on us I did not like that there was noise all night long people drinking throughout the properties and then they said that my room stink because we warmed up some food and they're not going to give me my deposit because it stinks of food and this is ridiculous and then they said because our kids put their handprints on the mirror and because I want some chips on the floor and we cleaned up all our mess there was not trash or nothing anywhere

I am a contractor that does alot of work in midland Odessa area, and I always booki here because the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and when we stay a week or longer, house keeping always clean our rooms daily.

JUST THE LOCATION WAS ALRIGHT STAFF THE PLACE IT SUCKED NO HOT BREAKFEAST AND EVERYTHING ELSE

I liked all of it actually the room was a perfect size for just me and the bed was definitely comfortable

The room was clean, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. The bathroom shower taps could be cleaned better and the shower/tub was making awful loud cracking noises when I was taking a shower. I felt bad for the guests below us.
