The On-sight Management cancelled my reservation when I informed him that I didn't have the $200 cash safety deposit on hand, which cost me the ENTIRE AMOUNT of my reservation I had booked for that night, & paid for in advance, because this Facility DOESN'T OFFER FREE CANCELLATIONS or RESCHEDULING (even if it's THE OYO MANAGEMENT, not YOU, who cancels YOUR reservation without your consent or knowledge) That it took 3 days before I received an email stating that I wasn't being refunded my money, even after going through the multiple channels I had to, to report the theft from OYO & request my refund.

It's a basic worker's hotel, but it's clean and convenient. The bedding was comfortable, and we just needed a place to rest.

I didn’t even get to check in ride as ever two kids stuck in the rain

You could tell this property is an older property but they're doing their best to keep it up. Everything's a little outdated but it still works. For the price it's okay

Staff was horrible, property manager yelled and cussed me out for no reason got on the phone with an attitude when i asked to speak with her

Horrible customer service very rude, & not clean at all had to pay 200 up front so rude to me because I didn’t know about the deposit when I got it

The hotel is older, but it’s clean and quiet. It’s nothing fancy, but if you just need a place to rest, it gets the job done. You get what you pay for, and for the price, it’s definitely worth it.

The beds are very comfortable and clean

Highly do not recommend, the bed sheets were not clean the bath tub was gross and the other room my mom was planning to stay in her fridge had mold inside it and it was really dusty in there as well. I got my money back for both rooms!

The staff are amazing and helpful. That I didn't get my king bed and how below the maintenance is there there was things that was falling off and ceiling falling into the tub

The reservation was canceled by them and still tried taking payment. Don’t like can’t talk to no one at the hotel have to call a different number and talk to one of their so called reps. Never will book their glad I didn’t stay.

Didng let me check in, and i only got 6$ back, didnt like anything Didnt like how they left me outside and didnt want to let me check in after i payed online

It has comfortable bed and the room is clean I had to change room the ac wasn't working right got the second room and I didn't have no plug by my bed to plug in my phone it was in the middle of the bed the TV kept going off the shower and to be redone the tub is one piece and It looks like it is not clean

Price and location No hot water, couldn’t shower when checked in then no hot water in the am they had to move me to another room from 227 to 228 it took long for warm not hot water to come out

The staff was very friendly the room was clean and it was a comfortable stay. In the mafia I will be checking into this motel when I am in town. Can't forget about the DirecTV. We were able to watch our sports and favorite movies at the touch of a button. There is nothing I didn't dislike .overall it was a great stay. The man in the front office was very friendly and very helpful.

Get what you pay for! Front door locked but exposed wires on the inside. Window had NO lock. Curtain had a hole in the middle. Bedspread had multiple holes in it from cigarettes I assume because room smelled of smoke. Shower had obviously had some water damage from above - work not complete with writing all over ceiling. Bathtub was filthy. Toilet seat was broken.
