The elevators were not operating the entire stay. I had to take the stairs the entire 4 nights and span of 5 days that I was there, thankfully only to the 2nd floor, but my co-workers had to take the stairs to their rooms on the 4th floor. Hauling luggage up the stairs was a chore. Also, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. The bacon was extremely thin a devoid of flavor and the sausage was not well browned and was not enjoyable to eat. But the elevators was my main complaint. Everything else was great! The ladies working the front desk were very helpful and personable. They were a joy to work with.

Both elevators are not working at the same time. Elevator has not been functional since previous stay a month ago and now elevator 2 was down too

The lady who checked me in was very sarcastic. She stated that it makes her loopy when people say they are there to check in when it was obvious why we were there. She stated she disliked being reminded of it. Most unprofessional check in of my life and I’ve been traveling for over 30 years! She needs to go back to school for hotel check in customer service class 😬. The property itself was great and clean!

It was quiet with plenty of space - having 3 beds worked wonderful for us- staff was friendly and it was as clean as it could be while being under construction Our AC didn’t work well- it was very hot in our room- and the shower floor felt “soft” in places like you were going to fall through
