I had a stained comforter and a towel with a huge hole in it. Beds and some furniture look like the picture, the rest are straight from the 90’s and in rough shape. The lady at the desk forced me to change room types because a single person doesn’t need 2 queen beds. Argued with me and did the change even though I said no thank you. Definitely could have been worse, but also not great.

Clean and well kept. Price is very competitive and I have stayed many times and will again.

Place was super clean and the staff was attentive and helpful. Rooms are older, but functional. There isn’t an elevator so if you are on the second floor, you will need to carry your luggage.

The rooms are so well maintained. It is a family operation & it feels warm & familial. There's nothing to speak of for breakfast, but there's everything you need on that road including gas & an area to walk by the pond.

Was a bit disappointed with the condition of the property. Did not have the "breakfast". It was only continental at best with very tight space.

Not much iof a selection.... adequate

Public Places (Title III): Covers private and non-profit places open to the public, like stores, hotels, and restaurants. These places must remove physical blocks and be easy to enter and use. You must have some sort of elevator access for your staff. The clerk refused to accommodate stating there was none.

Bed was very comfortable and quiet

The breakfast was terrible, there was basically nothing, even though their booking page names list of stuff.

Blanket had cigarettes burns on it. Bath tub was missing handle and exposed hole. Hallways had not air conditioning but the air conditioning in the room works well. There was only 3 tables for breakfast. This place needs a major remodel.

Nothing The lady at the front desk. She was argumentative and was giving me a hard time about a crib. I sent it as a request when booking and I got a message saying they would honor my request with no charge. Then turns out they had none available. Her attitude was bad when I asked for additional sheets and blanket since we had to make a pallet for my 3 yr old.

breakfast muffins were nasty, dry , no eggs or meat. no cereal. had bread for toast, only had coffee cups no juice cups .

The place should not be in business
-
Did not eat breakfast there, so can’t speak for that

Need Kleenexes in room. Breakfast was quite skimpy. No protein no fruit. Only waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice coffeee. Skimpy

Close to 80 Exit Very outdated, the sinks and tub didn’t drain properly

The breakfast was just okay; it was basically just a cereal option, toast, and other bread/starch options. Our room was supposed to have a coffee maker but didn't. When we asked about it we were told we could just use the coffee and water in the lobby, which is fine but it's disappointing that the motel management isn't concerned with making sure the rooms are stocked with amenities as advertised. Travelers should be aware that Ogallala is very small town (obviously) and there are limited dining options. We were there on a Monday night and there were two restaurants and one fast food option open. The two restaurants that were open both primarily had greasy, heavy meal options. Maybe there are a wider range of healthier options available the other nights of the week but travelers should be aware of that in case someone has dietary concerns.
