Room was ok. Chair and ottoman both had stains on them. The staff was unprofessional at arrival and continued to be during the short visit. We checked out the same day we checked in. Pool room was freezing as well as the pool. Expressed concerns and were told we were welcome to leave. Awaiting refund resolution.

Had a very good experience. They were welcoming. The rooms were clean and better yet even smelt clean we will definitely be staying here again.

Rooms were very clean. All the staff including front desk, breakfast and cleaning staff were very friendly.

There was a long line of guests waiting behind me, and after completing my check-in, she announced my room number out loud for the entire lobby to hear. That is a basic privacy and safety concern and showed a lack of professionalism and training. The beds were just okay, and the breakfast was average. Unfortunately, the poor customer service at check-in overshadowed the rest of the stay. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Property is in great condition. Room was large and clean. Large TV screen. Great breakfast. On our trip we stayed in a Holiday Inn Express, a Super 8 and this Best Western. The Best Western was 3 times as good as the Super 8 and twice as good as the Holiday Inn Express. I will plan future trips so I can stay in a Best Western!
