Very poor

It was quaint and right off the freeway. I didn't actually stay here as our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 9:00 pm. After driving 10 hrs, we didn't want to wait another hour for it to be ready. The hotel was short staffed. I cancelled my reservation with the front desk person and found a different hotel. They still charged me for the stay.

The positives were that the bed was comfortable, the bedding and towels were clean, the room didn't have any bad odors, and the staff was friendly. Check-in was also quick and easy, and the price was reasonable. Unfortunately, the room itself wasn't very clean. The pillows were very flat and there were only three of them. The headboard was positioned at an uncomfortable height. The main light in the bathroom/vanity area didn't work, and while there was a lamp plugged in as an alternative, it provided very little light. The TV picture was also extremely scrambled and grainy, which made it difficult to watch. The towels were clean, but mismatched, and most of the furnishings and items throughout the room were mismatched and outdated. The outside of the property was the biggest concern. It looked like very little maintenance or lawn care had been done. There were piles of garbage, broken furniture, and miscellaneous junk around the property. The pool was empty, and the exterior stairs felt unstable enough that I was genuinely concerned they might break while I was walking up them. There are some good basics here, the comfortable bed, clean bedding, friendly staff, easy check-in, and reasonable pricebut the property needs a thorough cleaning, maintenance, and some significant attention to the exterior and rooms before I would feel comfortable recommending it.

Dirty towel in bathroom, no comforter on bed, floors water warped, tons of construction projects leaving debris everywhere, no pool, creepy attendant followed me to my room after check in, changed my room before I got to door, then locked me out when I paid for 3 days then tried to charge me late check out fee when I said I wouldn’t stay the next two nights. Very terrible place to stay.

The gas station across the parking lot is spotlessly clean with lovely bathrooms and showers.

Near highway Bed was ok, but pillows were old, lumpy Coffee pot leaked Flooring inside and outside needed replacement LONG HAIR on shower wall ! (Couldn't take a shower) Bathroom vent did not work Everything was dusty A/C worked Lobby and breakfast were nice Advertised pool but it was not anywhere near being open

Room fit the need but was disappointed that we stayed for 2 days and were never brought clean towels or had the garbage emptied.

Room not in very good shape. Check in took a long time. Breakfast food sitting out, no longer cold.

Staff was great, but the place is a disaster, no amenities, not even a good breakfast, parking is horrible, they should close down until fixed

Couldn’t even check in, no vacancy and they had to refund us and cancel. Two people in front of us checking out bc rooms were nasty and no air. No one at front desk for 30 mins had to track them down.
