Had a king bed on 4th floor so quiet and room was spacious.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Many of us headed to hotel after sunset to check in. Got us checked in quickly. Pool was nice, warm but small, not hot tub 😢. Fire pit was a good time and no end time. Need more seating outside, only 4 chairs. Breakfast was nice and ended at 10. Later than most check out at 11. Were even able to swim before check out. Staff was super friendly and helpful!!

Seemed like a fairly new property. Clean, great bed; nice breakfast room. Trouble with checking in as systems were down—took a long time to get internet access but staff worked hard to get it!

There was trash in the trash can when we arrived. The shower gel container was empty. The room was very humid when we arrived and the air conditioner didn’t remedy that until morning. The room had a distinct unpleasant odor.

The property was very clean. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay but it wasn’t a huge impact. Would definitely recommend!

Easy checkin, very nice and clean eating area, good array of breakfast items, GE air conditioner in the room was very quiet and very effective…thank you. Only one elevator working, carpet in the halls were dirty, trash containers in the entry were flowing over

The room was very well-designed. I liked the electronic operation of the window shades and especially the large chair for lounging, including the moveable table and little pillow. Nice colors. Also, I was impressed that the fitness center had new, working equipment and properly working air-conditioning. Appreciated having bar soap in the bathroom. Soundproofing in the room was excellent - very quiet. Of course, it helps that the hotel was very new :). Being based in a more interesting city, JK :)

First time to Ogallala. Loved this hotel. Friendly polite staff. Very clean. Warm salt warm pool was clean and felt wonderful. Full breakfast is huge bonus. Only issue for this visit, low to no ice... broken elevator. No ice and/or broken ice machine. Broken and/or slow elevator... kids running in hallway.
