She was also the chef for our breakfasts which were awesome. I would highly recommend this B&B.

While the inn itself was lovely, comfortable, clean, and in a great location, we were disappointed by the general demeanor of the staff. On the one day we requested the included breakfast, we were told we could only have it at a specific time that did not align with our travel plans, therefore we could not dine there. Aside from that, the rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Hartwell House Inn was just renovated and it was both upscale feeling and comfortable! The bathroom was spa-like with a deep soaker tub and a luxurious walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead and a steam option. The room was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit to this seaside wonderland. We will definitely be back to beautiful Ogunquit and the lovely Hartwell House Inn!

Hartwell Inn had a great location within walking distance of all the sites in Ogunquit (Perkins Cove, Marginal way, beach and restaurants). Staff was very friendly and breakfast service included with your stay was outstanding. Room was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

The inn is a beautiful place. The staff are very friendly and really want you to be comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was top notch with the hot breakfast sandwich excellent. Plenty of coffee and juice. A couple different kinds of muffins and cheeses. Hartwell house has something for everyone!

The grounds were lovely and the room was very nice. The area rug in front of the bed should be cleaned and the decanter dusted. But none of the would stop me from returning. Oh the breakfast sandwich were delicious!!!

Perfect location in Ogunquit -- walking distance to town center, beaches, and Perkins Cove. Wonderful staff.

Generous breakfast. Comfortable and complete. Excellent walkable restaurants nearby. Close to art museum. I liked everything about this Inn.

Extremely friendly staff, great location and great free breakfast

We really enjoyed the deck. Being on the top floor gave us a beautiful view and privacy. The deck was full on sun. We thought an umbrella or some kind of shading would have been an added feature and more comfortable deck chairs.

Great location and great staff. Breakfast was tasty and well done. The room was spacious and clean. The accommodations were in a perfect location- away from the noise and crowds- but close to Perkins Cove and great restaurants and only a short walk to more shopping in Ogunquit. The Marginal Way did not disappoint and was within minutes of the bed and breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

This is a very nice inn in a beautiful location. The hosts were lovely and the room was very comfortable. The location is very close to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way walk and not far from the center. A very nice experience.

Location, location, location. Walkable to Perkin's Cove and Main St., great hosts and in the time of COVID strict adherence to health rules. While during our stay (in the waning time of COVID) breakfast was a bag meal, the dining facilities and the grounds looked amazing. The room we stayed in was spacious with easy chairs and couches and nicely decorated. We would highly recommend this facility.

The inn owners took excellent Covid precautions. Each morning we had a bag of fresh breakfast treats and juice hanging on our outside door. I looked forwarded to see what would be in the bag each morning. The location of the inn is excellent. It is close to everything but it has privacy. The backyard is an added plus.

Great quiet location near Perkins Cove with fantastic property managers Charlene and Eric who make you feel like you are in their home with daily homemade breakfast and sweets. They are very responsive and attend to your every need.

The inn was very nice, lovely rooms & very comfortable. Breakfast included ach day was very good. The location is terrific being near the trolley stop & very close to Perkins Cove & The Marginal Way.
