Sea Rose Suites

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Rose Suites! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable (didn’t use the kitchen), and it’s within walking distance of Marginal Way. Coffee in office is too watered down

Sea Rose Suites is in beautifully landscaped and quiet setting within walking distance to Ogunquit’s main street, and spectacular Marginal Way. Rooms were clean, comfortable, convenient, and staff were friendly and courteous.

Suite was quite clean and newt. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants.

The location was absolutely perfect! I’m already looking to book next year! I added a night to my stay so I had 2 different suite types. Each was very comfortable, spacious and super clean! Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The entire experience was top notch!

The staff were wonderful, our 2 bedroom apartment on 2 floors was like being at home, peaceful and quiet, we loved our stay! Will most definitely be going back

The property was beautiful and well maintained. I have to say, however, the process of trying to arrange our mini family reunion was a trial. My travel agent was working with Samantha and had a great deal of difficulty with communications and return emails. The travel agent had a medical issue during the process so I took over working with "Sam" and found her to be very difficult. Her return communications were very slow and I had to re-email questions. She did not read the emails thoroughly so said several times she was unaware of questions or issues. I would reply using the original email stating a need and it was still a challenge. The staff, once there was delightful. We enjoyed the restaurant and the servers. We originally scheduled the Atlantic room but cancelled that due to a smaller group (had a couple of cancellations) to just use the restaurant. The $500 deposit I made for the Atlantic Room was to be applied to my room. Sam said she would take care of that. When I checked after we arrived to make certain that was accomplished, it had not been done. Very disappointed in the effort it took to arrange our outing.

We could hear the people above us walking around. Our room was a handicap room. We did not need that room but for anyone who does, there was a bathtub rather than a shower. The tub did not have high sides. Accessibility to the suite was by a ramp rather than stairs. The sink was wheelchair accessible.

Very clean, big size for price, heated pools were a huge plus at this time of year. Staff were very very friendly. Great for young kids. A little out-dated in terms of AC and tvs, could also use a stove and dishwasher in the condo style homes. Additional shower would be good too for size of homes.

Very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of room. The furniture is not as new or as upgraded as in some hotels, if you are looking for that. However, it was very well maintained and the cleanest hotel we’ve stayed at in quite a while. Location is great. Very walkable to the town and Perkins Cove.

Had everything we needed for a family trip, the indoor & outdoor pools was a plus and the location was in the middle of Ogunquit. The safe was friendly and accommodating. Overall, great experience. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and we would have liked the toilet to be more isolated than smack in the middle of the two rooms that you had to walk through.

We have been staying In Ogunquit/Perkins Cove for over 20 years as we were married in the area. The Sea Rose has earned our highest rating of all the other resorts/locations we have stayed at. The rooms were very clean and well equipped! The outdoor pool was very relaxing and well kept. The location was perfect to access the Marginal Way as well as restaurants and other attractions. The staff at Sea Rose Suites were all exceptional but I need to single out Lilly at the reception desk! Lilly was extremely welcoming and helpful while always having a big smile and welcoming presence! She truly made our 7 day stay a phenomenal experience! We will be booking a return visit next summer for sure!
