The history of it Lack of proper air conditioning. The unit in our room was too small for the lack of insulation and room size

The location is great. It’s right in the middle of Midtown and easy to get to everything. The room itself was very bright overnight. There are no curtains on the windows, the detergent used on the bedding was so strong. I had to cover my pillows with my clothes. The carpet is pretty filthy. And it’s right by the back door that you can hear people opening and closing all night long.

The bed was comfortable, the jacuzzi was big enough for two. bubble bath and step stool provided for tub. AC and heat worked well. Very quaint, loved the house and wrap around porch. Cute signs on doors for each room. Breakfast was not included in the Bed & Breakfast with booking. Did not know that or I wouldn't have booked there. Never met or heard from staff. No hair dryer in room. The shower was barely big enough for 1 person. The chairs in the room seemed to be for looks only, only sat bags in them, did not sit down.

No one was there to helps us get to there room so nothing Didn’t get to stay

The house is gorgeous! And it was very easy to get to. The room did not appear to be clean. The air conditioner was not working properly.

The location was great for me I didn't see a single soul the whole time . No breakfast service as advertised . No staff available . Roaches in the room . Sheets smelled weird

We herded it into the hallway and opened the door to let it out.

Fit our needs very well and meet expectations. Nothing.

Staff was friendly The ceiling in the bathroom was leaking water. Breakfast was terrible, carpet was dirty, bed sheet was all torn an old, super small and crowded you can hear somebody walking by people talking next door.

we had never stayed at a bed and breakfast and especially one that was over a 130 years old.
