The location was great! The staff was very kind and helpful. The pool area. It was hard to enjoy the area when other people were allowing their kids to run, jump, splash and throw balls in the pool while others are trying to swim. I got hit on the head with the ball. Even though the guy apologized, I still had to get out of the pool because I didn’t want to be hit again with the ball. You would think that by me getting out of the pool this would signal them to stop playing with the ball, but it didn’t. They kept playing without thinking about the other people around them.

Loved the breakfast! Everything was clean and rooms were comfortable. The building is aging and could use some attention. For instance, touch-ups to the paint in our room were done in different colors and the light in the bathroom was wrapped in clear packing tape.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, and the kitchen was working hard to make sure everything was fresh, hot, and stocked. Our top floor suite was spacious and clean- well worth the extra $5 versus the standard king room. We'll definitely stay here again!

Staff was nice.

Staff was great but the room wasn’t. It was clean but walls had too many touch up paint marks on them. The bathroom door didn’t close you had to push it hard in order for it close.

Our room was spotless. The computer system was down at check in. But the staff made it seamless the old fashioned way. Hats off to them. We really enjoyed our stay

Friendly staff, clean quiet room and the continental breakfast was good. Coffee was as expected, but needs improvement.

The carpet was dirty, in the room and hallways. The elevator smelled of cigarette smoke. We had to wait quite long for a person to show up at the front desk. Breakfast was good.

Not any complaints about anything. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff was helpful and very friendly. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. My room had a walk-in shower, which was unexpected but appreciated. We enjoyed the swimming pool, a hearty breakfast and a good night of sleep. All that for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in that part of town.
