Staff was very helpful to accommodate our needs.

The agent at desk went above and beyond to get this done. She was fabulous.

Bed was rather firm. No meat on the breakfast menu

As always, the staff was friendly. We were first given a room where maintenance was working on an issue, so we had to return to the desk & assigned another room. When we used the shower, we noticed one of the dispensers in the bathtub was broken off the wall. Then, when I sat on the chair in the room, I happened to find a plastic clip on the floor, which made me question if the floor had been vacuumed. My husband took a shower. After he hung the towel on the hook, I noticed a long blonde hair on the towel. It did not belong to either of us. We do not have blonde hair.

The level of hospitality was amazing there from check in to check out. When I checked in the name at the desk was very knowledgeable about the area very kind. Kinda upset I don't remember his name but I'd remember his face. Too the ladies the next morning at check out. They helped another visitor with a difficult situation that most places wouldn't have even cared about. This shows they are loyal to their patrons. The ladies keeping that breakfast going smooth great job as well. Housekeepers very over looked on almost every level the rooms were clean cool and all the towel origami gray beautiful touches. Thank you for all you guys do.

The first room assigned to us had a damp feel and bad smell. The front desk agent brought up keys to a new room, which was next door. It smelled better and we thought we were fine. As soon as I set tue AC, the same moldy, mildewy smell filled the room. I turned the unit to "Dry"(?) and we managed to sleep through the night. Someone needs to service the systems, they aren't sanitized or something. To not be able to use the AC in OKC? Especially in a heat advisory? The bathroom also didn't have a fan, so once one of us showered, we had humidity issues from that. Breakfast was okay. What a disappointment.

Location, accessibility. Handicap accommodation could have been better. It is very important for the toilet and bars to meet ADA standards.
