Holiday Inn Express & Suites Oklahoma City Mid - Arpt Area by IHG

Coming from Austin for a last minute trip to OKC. Found a great rate for a 2 bed queen. Front the 1st moment on premises I felt very welcomed. Great hospitality, the best I've had. 10/10.

The stay was great it was just an overnight, but just what we needed...

Very pleasant stay. The facilities are extremely well maintained, everything was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely 100% recommended.

Unfortunately, the room had an oder to it. This may have been from a cleaner. The breakfast was very good. It would have been preferable to have a comfortable chair in the room instead of an uncomfortable couch type of furniture. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Excelente Servicio, muy limpio.

Staff were extremely friendly, room was HUGE, bed was comfy, shower was clean and large. I could definitely hear neighboring rooms and other noise in the hallway.

We had a 4 day reservation booked four months in advance and attempted to confirm late check in week prior to visit and provide additional payment since flight arrived at midnight. Were told okay to late check in but staff and no on additional payment. Then day of reservation while mid flight received email to confirm payment method not by hotel but Hotels.com. Called minute after flight landed earliest time we could make call and found our hotel room was given away because we did not contact before check in. This was hotels.com acting as go between hotel and myself. Even though we had already confirmed late check in and no way of changing this mid flight received email. Was then told by hotels.com one room left but they could not book and we had to call hotel directly. Called hotel and tried to book but was told that hotels.com did not place hold on room convo with hotel staff and had nothing left. Tried to ask hotel staff about other IHG hotels and was given no direction, phone numbers anything and basically cut me off. So without place to stay in city that was fully booked for WCWs stay for 4 days. Found another IHG Express hotel by calling myself that was fully booked but their helpful staff helped us find another IHG partner hotel with a room available and even helped call ahead to hotel on our behalf. Will Never use hotel.com to book again or recommend the first IHG hotel that cancelled our reservation.
