Days Inn by Wyndham Oklahoma City/Moore

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We checked in around 3:00 PM, dropped off our luggage, and immediately left to explore Oklahoma City. We didn’t actually spend any time in the room until we returned around 10:30–11:00 PM. While we were simply sitting in the room before taking a shower, insects started crawling out from different places. We saw multiple bugs, including what appeared to be cockroaches, and also found dead insects in the room. We have videos and photos documenting everything. After looking around more carefully, we discovered that the towels were dirty and stained, and under the bed there was a large amount of dust, dirt, and trash that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The room, and even the hotel hallways, had a strong old, musty smell. Because of the condition of the room, we packed our belongings and left the hotel at around 11:00 PM. We simply could not stay there. When we asked the front desk for a full refund, we were told that because we had checked in at 3:00 PM and previous guests had not complained, they could not refund us. However, we barely used the room. We only returned late in the evening and left immediately after discovering the insects. Before booking, we later noticed that other guests had also reported issues with bugs in their reviews. This experience was extremely disappointing, and we would not recommend staying here.

Absolutely nothing, it cost a lot for a dump I hated EVERYTHING, it was nasty, smelled like roaches and bug spray. I was laying in the bed and had bugs crawling on me. Just nasty y'all should be ashamed of yourselves. And it sure isn't a 5 star, I can't even give it a star cause it was total trash

We pulled up to the hotel and there were several people standing by several cars that were not staying at the hotel. It was dirty and looked very shady. We refused to stay and went to another hotel.

It wasnt the best nore the worst i will just say i did have a good stay and staff was nice just think this place need a bit more maintenance

It was close to the hospital The bed was not comfortable. We paid for a non-smoking king. The person checking us in gave us what she claimed was two queens. That would have been okay but it was not queens, but rather full size beds. Not comfortable at all. There was a dead bird right out side our room that we had to step around when getting in our car. We only stayed due to location to the hospital and only needed a place to rest.

We did not stay. We checked in. But once we saw the holes in the bed sheets and the beer bottle caps on the floor, we immediately checked back out and found something else. Additionally, it was clear the room had been smoked in when I requested a non-smoking room due to my daughter’s health needs.

Didn't stay due to deposit that I didn't know about plus took funds out before I had arrived was told won't pay until arrival. Husband needed bottom floor for medical reasons said only 2 and 3rd floor since we wanted smoking room. Not happy still don't have funds back. I told them that was all the money we had still no money we slept in our car. So they out a veteran on the streets last night. Good job,!
