We did not stay. We checked in. But once we saw the holes in the bed sheets and the beer bottle caps on the floor, we immediately checked back out and found something else. Additionally, it was clear the room had been smoked in when I requested a non-smoking room due to my daughter’s health needs.

Didn't stay due to deposit that I didn't know about plus took funds out before I had arrived was told won't pay until arrival. Husband needed bottom floor for medical reasons said only 2 and 3rd floor since we wanted smoking room. Not happy still don't have funds back. I told them that was all the money we had still no money we slept in our car. So they out a veteran on the streets last night. Good job,!

This property is not safe. I checked in around 10:30pm and was out by 10:40pm due to almost going through the stairs landing. My foot went through. Thank God for the quick reaction from my husband that nothing major happened. This place is horrible!

Not very clean and not very sanitary

I knew immediately that I made a mistake when I got into my room. Room wasn’t well kept up or very clean. Very noisy since it’s so close to interstate. Important to note that this is a MOTEL and not a hotel. One of the worst places I’ve ever stayed.

I called Friday 5/8/26 prior to checking in online. I explained we were going to a concert and if I checked in online would our room be available after the concert(sometime after 11pm). The lady I spoke with stated that was fine and someone would be there. When we arrived at the hotel around 1130pm we were told they gave our room away and all they had left was a single non-smoking and a double smoking. I reserved a double non-smoking. I was also told I needed to put down a $40 deposit. They took my cash but did not give me a receipt for the $40 deposit. I went to check out the double, as I have a 15 year 6ft3 son(a single would not work for us). We opened the door and turned on the light. The room was disguisting. Stains on the lamp shade between the beds, Stains on the pillows and headboards, The room looked as it it had not been cleaned. We immediately went back down and I told the clerk we were not staying and to give me my $40 dollar deposit back and I would be inquiring about a refund. We ended up driving back home 3hours away in a thunderstorm. I looked at reviews and pictures online prior to booking. This hotel was not what was described or pictured in the reservation.

Upon arriving our key didn’t work in the door. Went back up front to get them programed again and they still didn’t work. They had to completely reprogram the lock while we were gone to our concert and we had to stop and get new keys when we got back. When we were getting ready we notice all the bad. There was a hold in the wall across from the toilet & the light above the shower looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. The room also REAKED of weed. Upon returning after our concert we walked into the room and heard water dripping. It was coming out of the light that looked like it was about to fall out of the ceiling. Called the front desk and they offered to move us to a new room. Got to that room and there was hole all in the drywall and blood on the comforter that was on the bed. We left and drove the hour and half home. DO NOT STAY HERE. Dirty and very run down!

Night shift was rude. Housekeeping could do better at cleaning.
-
It’s lowkey and not a lot of traffic I think the rooms could use a deep cleaning

Room was clean. Better than expected

Do NOT stay here!!! This place is so worn down. The air conditioner is absolutely disgusting, I didn't even want to turn it on. The sheets had cigarette burns and other stains. There was all sorts of ick on rhe walls, and traffic is loud. I stayed one night and couldn't get out fast enough in the morning.

The lady that checked me in and out was amazing. She laughed and we got along great The smell in the smoking room was very unpleasant

Staff was quick to resolve my problem. The heater didn't work. Maintenance quickly responded and he offered another room when the problem couldn't be resolved. But I had too much belongings to switch rooms. A portable heater was given but the room didn't get warm.

Quiet No problems

Filthy. I understand stuff being older and my expectations were low due to the price, but everything was filthy and gross. The staff weren’t rude, but weird and they dropped another deposit on me and then proceeded to bash Expedia and online booking and the people that use online booking before they handed me the key. I just wanted to sleep. Once I saw the room I went and got my sleeping bag because I didn’t want to catch herpes on this trip. May be a better idea to tear it down and rebuild it as a hospitality college for hotel staff. If you do I have two people I would like to recommend for students.

Staff was great. No big issues at all. Will stay again at this location. No coffee pot in the room nor was there a breakfast. They quit serving breakfast when Covid happened and they took the coffee pots out of the rooms at that time. This was the only thing that was wrong with the whole weekend. Other than that it was a great stay & I would definitely stay here again.
