Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City South

The room was really dirty. There was still trash in the trash can from the people before. The shower curtains were stained and moldy. There wasn’t toilet paper. The staff is friendly. Parking is $10 a night. There’s complimentary breakfast in the morning. There’s also a Texas Roadhouse in the same parking lot. I only stayed here 1 night on my way to California, but I would not stay here again just because of how dirty the room was.

The staff was excellent - from the front desk to the breakfast, really top notch. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and air conditioner worked like a walk-in freezer and it was 100 degrees outside. I would stay there again.

2 guys were the nicest front desk. But the other two. Poor customer service not friendly. It is advertised that the pool and hot tub were both in working condition… was informed it had been closed for years and will never be opening back up. get to the hotel and was poor greetings room smelled like mildew.. if I could of canceled completely I would of.

First of all I didn't get to stay because after I booked and payed for the room everything was good to go he said. I get there and he says there is no booking and that a booking was never made nor paid for. So I called the other hotel same thing was said. And that he could not put me in a room. Even tho it was paid for on booking g .com. now why was I lied to how come incouldnt stay where did the booking go. Why did I have to pay 87.00 ??? I demanding my money back or a night there in a room I deserve for all the bullshit.please someone call me 405 661 0354

Ok. No pool bad breakfast

Staff were friendly. Pool and fitness center were closed. The fire alarm went off all night. My right ear is still ringing. No one emailed or called or offered a free meal or a free night for the inconvenience

The room smelled moldy. The refrigerator was filthy and there was feces on the toilet. I stayed here a year ago and it’s definitely gone down hill.

Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Traveled for baseball and the room was perfect. Out of the 6 hotels we stayed at this summer, this one was our favorite!

It's an older property so I understand and of the issues with the worn carpet and furniture. What I didn't like was the smell of mildew that hit me when I walked in my room. Not too mention the old key card I found in the chair cushion. The outside doors at the side of the building didn't close all the way unless you pulled it shut. Just a bit of a security issue in my opinion. The front desk was very friendly and check it was quick and effortless.
