    Staff member Oshayla Jones was very helpful even while knowing the significant challenges we were facing. She was calm and not reactive, giving us solutions knowing that Expedia had caused the problem. The biggest frustration was talking to an Expedia staff person who at best had average command of the English language. She was providing no solutions that made sense. She told me on the phone that she was using Google Maps to help find us a hotel. Google Maps? For crying out loud, I'm talking EXPEDIA staff and they don't ahve a back office way of finding what might be available? This could be our last time using Expedia. Ridiculous. Thankfully a hotel staff member came in mid-afternoon and knew of a room that might be available for us for the week as they hotel is going through some upgrading and updating. So the hotel worked out great. But not Expedia? I had been getting calls from a 417 area code phone number during the morning and no one left a voice mail. I get a lot of spam calls on my phone because of my real estate practice. Inexcusable that someone did not leave a voice message to call back asap when Expedia was aware of an overbooking problem.

    Was not impressed The whole experience! If when I was booking the rooms, it was mentioned that they were remodeling the whole place, I would have chosen a different place to stay. We were under the impression by looking at the pictures that everything was in working order. When we get there to ask about the pool, we were told closed indefinitely with no reason why! They rooms smelled horrible.. no ice machines, the beds seemed like they were from the 70’s. I don’t recommend!

    Location. Price. Staff Housekeeping is not always available. If you Don't get clean sheets in the morning forget about asking them later. Remote had the batteries taped in. If you changed the bedroom tv the living room tv changed channels as well . Smoke detector was removed

    The breakfast was a point of major concern. First morning nothing was out and ready. Waited 10-15 minutes. 2nd morning had to ask for the coffee to be brought out. This was also after delaying what time I went downstairs. 3rd and 4th days waited until closer to 7 to come down. Not sure if it is just this hotel or all marriotts, but had to get tech support for internet connection. Even though I had previous connections. Not the way I wanted to spend time after driving

    The room was perfect!!!! Only bad flaw was the queen size bed but other than that, the room was perfect and the front desk staff was awesome and very professional.

    Nothing I booked a one room suite with 2 bedrooms but was given two single rooms. Didn’t get any paperwork then I was over charged for my room
