Once we arrived, they advised our room had been canceled because they had a flood problem with their pool and it impacted our room. We had gotten no notification before arrival because they could not accommodate our original tonight stay we chose a different hotel.

Cost was reasonable. Hopefully they return the damage deposit as we cleaned up after ourselves. I feel like the damage deposit was a hidden and unexpected charge; as it was not mentioned at time of booking--that caused an unexpected financial issue. towels & sheets were stained, we were there 4 nights-no housekeeping for the entire stay. Never received fresh towels (we were provided with 3 towels, 3 hand towels, and 3 wash cloths at check in time--never asked if we needed new towels or bedding, or wanted housekeeping to enter. This site did not provide any shampoo, conditioner, body wash (only one tiny bar of soap was provided). Most hotels provide blow dryers, this hotel did not. We were unprepared for that since most places provide hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and sometimes, body wash.

More of a hotel for people to live in than a hotel lots of permanent residents from what I could tell not alot of travlers more local people staying there for housing and hotel smells like smoke

Nothing Everything. It was scary, in a sketch area, sketch people outside of the property. It was gross, we did not feel safe. We cancelled our reservations because of how unsafe it looked and felt.

My biggest gripe with this stay was heat. I know it was 105+ outside, but the AC in the room was pitiful. I can exhale stronger gusts of wind from my behind. And it would have been cooler air. I stayed two nights here, the first night was a sweaty hot mess and the second night was barely tolerable. I feel the problem is the wall unit was frozen up or had a bad fan. Another contributing factor is if the AC was off in that room prior to my checking in. Secondary gripe is the broken down abandoned cars in the parking lot. Call a tow company already! I like cheap hotels, but working A/C is a must. I wouldn't choose this location again unless other $40-45ish properties aren't available.

The building looked nice recently painted and clean until we got to our rooms. It was so filthy plus We did not feel safe. If it wasn’t for us not wanting to make our friends feel bad about suggesting this motel we would not have stayed there.

It has a smell when you walk in and rooms also smelled had to use febreeze so we could sleep.

My son checked in he was asked to leave. They charged for the whole week and he was only there for hours. No one from customer service from Booking did not help get a refund,unable to contact hotel phone disconnected and no respond to my email to hotel for refund. I will never use booking again

Within minutes of entering our first room, we found multiple live roaches. I even killed one and brought it to the front desk so there would be no question about what we had found. At that point, I asked if we could simply be refunded so we could leave and find another hotel. Instead, the front desk repeatedly encouraged us to try another room. The second room also had a live cockroach. Once again, rather than resolving the situation with a refund, we were encouraged to move to yet another room. By the third room, we were exhausted and felt we had little choice but to stay for the night. Finding live cockroaches in one room is unacceptable. Finding them in multiple rooms strongly suggests a serious pest problem. No guest should have to spend their evening moving from room to room or worrying about bringing pests home after a hotel stay. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in this property. Budget-friendly should never mean sacrificing basic cleanliness and pest control. Management needs to take this issue seriously and address it immediately. I cannot recommend this hotel. I can also say that I feel I can no longer use this platform to book any longer if they feel it is okay to back properties like this.

Awful! Waited over 30 minutes for staff to show up at the desk for check in. Whole place smelled like weed and smoke despite being a “smoke free facility”. Just horrible. Didn’t even end up staying the full night, found somewhere else to go.
