It has a smell when you walk in and rooms also smelled had to use febreeze so we could sleep.

Within minutes of entering our first room, we found multiple live roaches. I even killed one and brought it to the front desk so there would be no question about what we had found. At that point, I asked if we could simply be refunded so we could leave and find another hotel. Instead, the front desk repeatedly encouraged us to try another room. The second room also had a live cockroach. Once again, rather than resolving the situation with a refund, we were encouraged to move to yet another room. By the third room, we were exhausted and felt we had little choice but to stay for the night. Finding live cockroaches in one room is unacceptable. Finding them in multiple rooms strongly suggests a serious pest problem. No guest should have to spend their evening moving from room to room or worrying about bringing pests home after a hotel stay. This experience completely destroyed my confidence in this property. Budget-friendly should never mean sacrificing basic cleanliness and pest control. Management needs to take this issue seriously and address it immediately. I cannot recommend this hotel. I can also say that I feel I can no longer use this platform to book any longer if they feel it is okay to back properties like this.

Awful! Waited over 30 minutes for staff to show up at the desk for check in. Whole place smelled like weed and smoke despite being a “smoke free facility”. Just horrible. Didn’t even end up staying the full night, found somewhere else to go.

The staff was very friendly and professional i highly recommened this place

It is relatively quiet so that’s a plus.

Great location to our venue, clean and updated

Pleasant enough staff, good sized room, relatively food looking too Dead roaches on floor, mold on bathroom ceiling, crumbs in AND on the bed, torn bedding, wrinkled bedding.

Our room smelled very musty. The flooring was squishy like maybe there had been water damage. Thankfully it was a one night stay, I could not have stayed another night.

stained sheets red stained pillow sheets (looked to be blood). We slept with our shirts over the pillowcase. pee stained mattress fire alarm beeping because of dead battery sticky/dirty floors human hair in sheets, pillows, towels Would not recommend staying at this location as we were not pleased one bit.

Not much Rooms ac made a loud racket all night

Came here after the Luke combs concert. Hotel was fine for what I needed it for. Bathtub looked nasty but I didn’t need it so I didn’t care lol

I had no idea it was a hotel that offered an extended stay for their patrons. It was run down. We stayed for two nights they did not do room service we needed extra towels we called through the app because our phone did not work and they informed us that they do room service every three days?… The shower had paint peeling from the base. It wasn’t very clean. However the staff was extremely nice and we just needed a place to sleep everything was booked because of graduations in the are.

Upon arrival from a 9 hr drive, used the lobby restroom and it was absolutely filthy. Reserved a king size bed on got two queens. When going to bed and pulled back the covers, there were dog footprints all over the sheets. We had to wear shoes the whole time because after walking on the floors for a period of time our socks were filthy. The pillow cases and the towels were stained.

Roaches, needs TLC.

This property was absolutely filthy. The fridge/freezer looked like it hadn't been clean in months. The head boards had splatters of i don't know what on them. The room smelled awful. To top it off BED BUGS!!

This property has so much potential. But unfortunately I will not be back. It was a good rate and a play to stay. I wish them all the success.

We got there checked in the front desk guy was rude, get to our room tv didn’t work, vending machines didn’t work, and then I killed a roach, that was when i requested a refund and left.
