Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City South I-35

This was our fourth time staying at this hotel definitely one of the best! Beds are comfy, everything is super clean, and staff is super friendly! We will be back!

Everything was good the room and breakfast

Room was clean. Friendly staff

There area down the street was sketchy but at the hotel and there are two other in the same parking lot which at night are well lite up with lighting and cameras there were no unwanted or non paying hotel guest hanging around the property. The staff at night have the hotel very well secured and breakfast was amazingly good to be a cont. breakfast. Check out is at noon they give you a curtsy call around that time. Overall with the pool and hot tube every thing was great. On our stay there were a whole herd of softball teams and they all were nice and the children that was with the team all had manner at breakfast. no horse playing or cursive language being heard. All the staff made our stay 100% comfortable. The rooms were nice and cozy and the air condition was amazing. We will return soon

Everything was great except that we did not get the room that we paid for. The pictures showed a jacuzzi tub, but, once there, no jacuzzi? When I asked about it, they blamed Expedia for the misleading photos and offered to get the room for me for an additional $100? No way. Wouldn't even offer any comp for our troubles. It was a nice place, but the experience still fell short and the staff was no help at all.

Mirro didn’t have a working light so it was darker

My family enjoyed the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center. We also appreciated the breakfast. The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The shower water would leak all over the bathroom floor. Maybe it was because we had a handicap shower.

Lot of road noise, the smoke detector flashes all night right over the bed. Really irritating and tough to get to sleep. No waters in the room for coffee, not enough towels for the two of us. Not impressed. Staff was helpful and nice, room was clean.

I couldn't get my t.v to work. I looked all over the t.v for any buttons to help me out and couldn't even find any buttons. The rugs on the floor need to be replaced. They looked nasty on the 3rd floor. Breakfast and the pool was good.

We loved this hotel. The staff primarily the front desk employees acted like we were family.

Had a very pleasant stay and the staff was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and affordable.
