Nice and clean room, quiet and easy to sleep.

Check-in was a bit longer than needed to be. You can tell they are trying to revamp the property so it’s definitely a work in progress. Good water pressure in toilet and facets. Not in the best neighborhood but it wasn’t too bad for the price we paid.

The television did not work right. The bed was too high for me and nothing was done to make it easier for me. When me and my husband were leaving he saw roaches by the sink in the bathroom.

This was just ghetto and there was no soap to wash your hands??

Nothing Everything I was put in 3 different rooms before they actually put me in a clean room with bedding on the beds

This motel was nothing like the pictures shown in Hotels. Com. We pulled up and it looked closed down. Pretty terrible experience but we were kinda stuck with it because it was graduation weekend and most rooms were booked or double normal rates. I have stayed at this brand motel before and it was a much better experience. That’s why we gave it a try. Never again!

We had to wait outside till someone showed up to check us in. The room was falling apart and I didn’t investigate much past the fridge that had white stuff running down it and slime all over it. We turned around went back to the car.

This hotel has obvious long-term guests who are camping in the rooms with their doors open. The hotel management thought it would be a great idea to let us stay in a room directly next to one of those guest rooms which had at least 4 people inside being loud while drinking alcohol mid-day. They even attempted to open the door between ours rooms through the connection - after visibly seeing us outside and knowing it was occupied. We left to book another hotel before it got dark since we expect it would only get worse as they got more drunk. Do not stay here.

Bed was decent Honestly thought the place wasn't even open when I got there. Homeless and prostitutes in the parking lot. Concrete walkway on second floor had huge cracks and holes.

Better to stay else where

The sheets were stained and had burn holes in them. They never brought towels to the room. The air conditioner didn't get cold. The lamps didn't have shades.

There was blood on the couch and white drugs in the drawer and there was tarter sauce packets all over the wall

The club was great, the room not so much. It was dirty, stains all in the shower and toilet, holes in the walls. Some holes had toiletpaper shoved in them so they weren't visible I guess. shoved in

Clean Hard to get in contact with front desk

It was very convenient to the club that we went to There's some homeless people in the area in the outside or exterior rooms really look kind of like a rat hole

Yes but when i tried to check out this morning at 7 no one was in the office there was no way for me to contact the front desk so i had to come back to recive my deposit then when i came back at 12 there still was no one at the desk i had to wait outside for 30 min till desk cleark answer a number posted on the door that was not there this morning

This was an older, dated hotel. The carpet was very soiled and the heater was extremely loud. But overall the room appeared to be clean on the surface. Not sure what it was but after 5 hours in the room I had an asthma attack.

Location First I was charged $35 more than what I had already paid on booking.com. The lamps in the room had no light bulbs in them. There were no hand towels or wash cloths in the room. There was some sort of event going on and people screaming and fighting all night long. The room next to mine got evicted during the night due to the traffic in and out if the room.

Booked a king smoking room, since we vape, for $54.95 and upon arriving we were told that was too cheap and they couldn’t honor the price and charged us $83 and then placed us in a double queen non smoking room and refused to accommodate the reservation even though there was limited capacity there. Upon questioning the desk attendant about the price difference and showing him my email confirmation with the price, a lady in line behind us spoke up and said “it’s always like that here, you don’t get to pay the internet price.” The hotel wasn’t even worth the $54 I thought we were paying. The room was dirty and had roaches, the grounds were unkept and had trash everywhere, the pool was still full of water and uncovered in December and was almost black in color. Apparently there was a party going on and the entire hotel was extremely loud until about 3-4 am. Never have I ever experienced such an awful atmosphere, room and staff.
