OKANA Resort & Indoor Waterpark

We did have a power outage for a moment but it came back on right after !

Loved it can’t wait to go back.

En el front desk llegamos y nos trataron con prisa nos dejaron con dudas y se molestaba si hacíamos preguntas. Habitación 236 estaba sucio el piso y las lámparas, no nos dejaron pasta ni agua como decían. Área de piscina 10/10 área de restaurante 0/10 nos trataban como si fueran fast food. En dos ocasiones nos tiraron la comida encima por la velocidad que querian realizar su trabajo. (Restaurante chido) no habías terminado de comer y ya de daban la cuenta sin saber si quería otra cosa. Observaciones en general es un hotel de lujo y uno va a vacacional y paga lo que ustedes piden para q nos traten como si fuera una producción q se paga por hora. Visite todos los restaurante de afuera y dentro del hotel y todo era el mismo servicio no agradable. La vista del cuarto fue hermosa.

Todo estaba en perfectas condiciones. El servicio y la atención de las mejores. El parque acuático y la playa una experiencia única. Lo recomiendo al 100.

Family Friendly, Clean, Always a Returning Trip Each Year

Everything in this place is very expensive beers was 9 dollars each can, $14 dollars for 3 chicken strips and fries expect to drop for a family of 6 300 to 400 a day in food and activities

We had a bad experience with the staff they accuse my kids as a fraudulent people and they took the bracelets when we pay 2 rooms for a night. They didn’t have the education to go to the front desk a check my reservation.

Okana was lots of fun! The staff did a great job. The price of drinks and food was a bit shocking. We rented a cabana at the indoor waterpark and were told the tv wasn't working because of an HDMI cord but we never did get one (we asked several times).

10/10 would recommend this place and stay here again!! Can’t say anything negative about it. Staff was amazing and so nice. We had so much fun our kids had a blast. And we were able to go relax in the adult pool, whoever came up with this layout and design was brilliant!! Thank you!

My family enjoyed all of the pool activities! The only thing that I wish would be better is for the outside pool not to close at 7. It’s summer time.

My only concern with this property is the parking arrangement. There appears to be insufficient complimentary parking available for hotel guests. I believe the property would benefit from having designated parking areas reserved exclusively for overnight guests, while visitors who are using the facilities for the day should be required to pay for parking. This approach would help ensure adequate parking availability for guests staying at the hotel and enhance the overall guest experience.

Mostly a perfect stay! We definitely will be back!! The only hiccup we had was no one informed us on how the elevators worked as they are different than normal elevators and the wrist bands could have been explained too on how they work as we couldn’t figure out how to get in our room the first time. But overall was a pleasant experience!
