It was awesome and my suite was amazing. Me and my daughter had a very,very goodtime and we will be back soon. I didn't like how our room was skipped for room cleaning, and we had to call to get our room cleaned after one of the cleaning ladies said that she would be back. We where willing to make our own beds we just wanted clean towels and sheets because we were staying three days. Other than that it was a very good stay.

I will definitely recommend this place! My 4 year old had a blast! When first arrived there was a long line to check in but they have self check in computers and it's very easy to check in. I will come back soon.

Get reservations at restaurants for big gatherings. They always seem short staffed. But the people who work there are great! Love this place

A wonderful place to enjoy with your family. My kids really enjoyed staying here. The hotel is beautiful and is very well maintained. The beds are comfortable. Highly recommend!

The outside pool was very relaxing!

Didn't fell like a resort. Felt like a hotel with a fancy pool. The lines were crazy long. No line was worse that the elevator wich was crazy. 3 slides were closed, yes I understand about 2 of them but even still. The shower was not clean in the room. The prices were a little to high on some things, other things were more fair. I give it a solid meh, has way more potential and it all starts with the staff

You can't go wrong with an amazing water park hotel!! We had a lot of fun!

Due to the storm we couldn’t enjoy our time in the outdoor area, they got people out of the pool for a bit and then everyone had to rush inside. Elevator system was a pain.

The idea was amazing the beach pool with optional adult only and indoor park. Disappointed in paying extra for on water bounce park/obstacle courses. Fun for all ages but I was disappointed in the cleanliness. The tables seemed dirty all the time outside and in. The bath room was dirty hair still in shower and crumbs on small couch. Went to ask for the bathroom to be recleaned they just picked up the hair left the wad of conditioner by it. The cleaning staff seemed to be around but everywhere I went seemed dirty. Bedding was nice but the bed sounded terrible and the balcony door would not shut so it had to be slammed. All in all money better spent elsewhere.

Nice resort! The indoor and outdoor waterparks are nice and entertaining! There were a lot of people there but the lines went quickly. It never felt crowded. The room was clean and spacious. The food places were pricey and the arcade was very expensive and honestly not worth it. The kids really enjoyed laser tag. The mirror maze is small and not worth the cost to do. Overall it was a great time but would recommend bringing food with you to keep in your room fridge if you want to save money.
