New and organized. Great amenities and was a peaceful stay considering its a holiday week.

the hotel was very cool and nice, i will have to say not everything was open so that was a disappointment. a enginer staff threated to kick us out and the manger did nothing,

The experience was great! We had a family of 18 for a weekend birthday. The hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. The indoor and outdoor Waterpark was the most fun that I've had in a long time. A few critiques, our room wasn't refreshed on our second night. I had to request more toliet paper and towels, there's no ice machine anywhere that we could find. There's one microwave on the floor, We had to pay an additional fee for an obstacle course that should have been included in the package. Need new floaters. Buffet was over priced at 25 for adults and $12 for childiren. I would definitely visit again.

We rented a cabana for $200 in the adults only area only for them to turn our music off an hour and a half after we arrive. I complained three or four times and someone was supposed to send a manager over to speak with us and that never happened. The music never got turned back on the whole day. The only thing good about our cabana was Kati our waitress. She was amazing. We tried to go to dinner. The first smokehouse restaurant we went to said the computers were down and they would not be able to wait on us so we made reservations at the jackrabbit only to wait an hour and a half for our appetizer bread and butter by that time they still had not started cooking our meal. We were still four tickets away so we just asked for them to cancel. I think they were making a meal for one table at a time so we were not able to eat dinner because all of the other establishments on the resort were closed. I don’t really have anything good to say.

La experiencia en el hotel fue realmente excepcional, es un lugar fantástico para compartir en familia con todo lo que se necesita para tener una experiencia única y tener deseos de regresar. Aunque tengo que decir que parte del personal del parque de agua interior se mantienen todo el tiempo como molestos y con poco carisma con los huéspedes. En cuanto a la limpieza de la habitación puede decir q estuvo aceptable pero desde que llegamos le dejé una nota a la Hskp que la cafetera no funcionaba, la nota estuvo ahí durante toda nuestra estancia y ella nunca le prestó la atención, por lo que ninguno de los 4 días que estuvimos hospedados pudimos usar la cafetera de la habitación. Si volveríamos a este hotel, pero siento que hay algunas cosas que deben pulir con los empleados.

El lugar es lindo! Pero el personal no están dispuestos a ayudarte con nada! Le haces una pregunta y te ignoran incluso en recepción así que el lugar es lindo pero el personal terrible!

Nice clean and everyone was very helpful

So disappointed in this hotel. We came here because of the outside waterpark and we were completely mis informed the outside is closed during the week. They claim it was in their website but that’s complete FALSE, It wasn’t. Secondly, the indoor water park is disgusting. I’m actually shocked it’s not shut down by the sheer about of BLACK MOLD everywhere. I’m not exaggerating this either, the concrete is caked with it everywhere. I will not come back to this resort ever.

Very nice place Alarms going off at 6am no notice no apologies!

The outdoor part of the property was closed during our stay and we were not made aware until we arrived that its closed for off season in the week. We were also woken up by the fire alarm that went off at 6am and startled the kids into upset. Housekeeping also tried to come in around 11am when werhad extended our check out time upon arrival.

I will definitely come again but on the weekend to try the beach part out before it’s closed for the season.

The indoor water park is geared for kids 10 and younger. No microwave in the room. It just left us unhappy with the resort that cost too much.

One thing I didn’t realize beforehand is that the outdoor waterpark isn’t open on weekdays, but there was still plenty to do. We enjoyed the indoor waterpark, the free daily DIY activities and everything else the resort has to offer. The water rollercoaster slide was definitely our favorite! The indoor waterpark also has a secluded adults-only area with a bar and hot tub, which was really nice. We ate at the Smokehouse BBQ restaurant on the boardwalk, and the food was amazing. They also have sports simulation games inside the restaurant, which made it even more fun. The kids’ meals were huge my two honestly could have shared one and still had leftovers. I was a little skeptical after seeing mixed reviews about pricing and bed bugs, but we decided to give it a try and had no issues at all. Also, the $200 deposit can be used as spending money throughout the resort with your wristband, which also works as your room key. You get back whatever you don’t use. I only spent $58 of mine and the kids got everything they wanted while there. For the arcade, I purchased each child a $35 game card with my debit and never had to reload them. We will definitely be back and plan to return next summer for an outdoor waterpark day pass!
