Nothing that they can do about the noise of the area

The room was clean, and the pillows were the most comfortable we had on our trip. However, there were several issues that made the stay only average. We couldn't park directly in front of our first-floor room because of a large walkway. The refrigerator didn't work, and a few electrical outlets appeared damaged—one under a table even had a plug with one prong inside the outlet and the other hanging out, which seemed unsafe. There was also no truly cold water; the "cold" tap only produced tepid to lukewarm water. We were surprised by a required $40 deposit at check-in and hope it is refunded promptly. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable enough for a SHORT stay, but the maintenance issues and unexpected deposit kept the experience from being better.

My room is great here. Very clean. Very nice comfy king bed. Very nice TV. It's close to Bricktown Ballpark. Very good value!

Safety- Not being clean- There was a police arrest in front of my room in 7:00 am in the morning.

Great stay for the price you pay

The night staff was awful unbelievably rude. The night manager or whoever he was tried to cheat me out of money. Was very unprofessional. If I go back and see him there I will just leave

All amenities were good. I could park close and in view of the room. The room stayed cool despite outside temperatures being over 100. There was always plenty of hot water. The staff was attentive. The room was old and in a somewhat declining, iight industrial area but was clean, fully adequate and very convenient to the interstate and business areas. The TV, refrigerator and iron were in good condition. The room’s outside door was slow to unlock, a very common annoyance with many motels which I solved when I remembered to keep my key card separated from my cellphone and car key pack. There was no provision for hanging clothing, which I hung on the shower rod and ironing board holder. When one considers the economical room pricing and no luxury is desired, the second floor, walk-up room gets 5 stars.

Clean and comfortable Next to freeway loud

Scary location, employee couldn't care less, dirty stinky room, and a wall in my room was missing the wallboard. It would be better to sleep in your car. I definitely will not return here again.

Brok air conditioner staff were were rude and disrespectful when I told the about the broken ac and were really hateful and unfortunately I’m living in hotels in the okc area right because my house burned down in the Shawnee wildfires a year ago so I’ve been to a lot of places that were not so good and this is by far the worst place over ever been I almost would rather live on the streets then be in a place like this it’s that bad bad do not come here if u have the option

The area is kinda iffy. But the rooms are really nice inside.

Room has been remodeled some, but matress was like a rock and pillows were not very fluffy. There is also a $40 deposit that you won't find out about until you check in. Other than that, a decent and cheap place to stay.
