Econo Lodge And Suites Bricktown

The man at the counter was amazing and very kind. The room had new flooring and furniture but the doors and stuff were beat up. However the look isn’t what was really bad as it was cheap. The bad thing was my room was on back just a few feet from interstate 40 and it sounded like the trucks and stuff were driving through the room 24/7, they even vibrated the windows. I had the AC on, a loud fan on the nightstand and the tv and still didn’t get sleep. There are rooms not on the backside near the freeway so if you stay here I’d ask to not be on the backside

I booked a smoking room was given non-smoking didn't realize it right away put luggage in room and went to dinner , when we returned to room I called front desk to make sure we were given smoking room , was told no, we should have ask when we checked in we couldn't be moved because then they would have to clean two rooms.

The staff is great the room was clean

Nothing. It started out all bad and just got worse. The air conditioning didnt work at all Air conditioning problems, there was a 40 cash deposit that wasn't mentioned in the ad and I believe that is false advertising.

Clean room nice and helpful staff

We literally had to leave as soon as we got there. Room was infested with cockroaches. I don't mean like there was one, there was a bunch, of varying sizes and ages.

The room was not clean and the ice machine wasn’t working. The staff was nice.

Room was dirty - hair on bathroom floor, had to move the microwave to be able to plug it in, spots on the bedspread, iron didn't work correctly, door stuck and was difficult to open and close.

It was quiet

Never checked in Expedia was going to give refund if the front desk would answer she just watched the phone ring so 80$ for nothing

Located in a dangerous area with untrained and unhelpful staff.

I got to the hotel for the check-in clerk to keep trying to push and upgrade on me. So when we went to the room I paid for the worst wouldn't lock maintenance came and for me that they couldn't fix it had to go back to the clerk where they made me pay for an upgrade cuz there were no other rooms available making me believe they knew the doors lock was broken and they just wanted me to upgrade before they got caught. Will not be staying at this establishment again
