Rooms had a smell pool wasnt clean i check out the next day but i got charge fir 2 nights 2 days when i was 1 night

Bunch of liars. There is no i repeat NO poolside bar. Or any bar within 6 miles of the place. Called ahead and was told $100 deposit, but when we arrived the manager said $200 deposit no cash, cash app, paypal, vemmo, or chime accepted. Location is sketchy at best. Homeless camp was next door. Staff had a condescending tone when she asked if we were guests at breakfast. Indoor pool was so cloudy i could barely see the bottom. Arrived from greyhound station around 11:00 am. Wasn't allowed to check in until 2:30 pm. General manager threatened to kick us out of lobby because they had a 1 hour maximum loitering rule. Expedia advertised for the nonexistent poolside bar and a 24 hour indoor swimming pool which turned out to close at 9:00 pm. Rooms were definitely not soundproofed as advertised. Staff ignored my do not disturb sign and knocked on my door anyways. Was threated with a $250 cleaning fee if staff detected smoke or vape was used in room. Advertisement in room listed insanely overpriced room items like a $90 comforter that only 1 of the 2 beds had. Was informed charges for missing items would be withheld from deposit. Ice machine on 3rd floor was broken had to go up to the 4th floor for ice. Phone in room didn't work. Remote for tv didnt work because it was the wrong one. Bathroom light fixture was broken. Door to room wouldn't lock unless you pulled the door upward very hard. General manager was creepy . Overall this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed

I generally travel quite a bit; this is one of the worst properties I've stayed at. Typically Comfort Inn is descent. But not this one. The pictures of the exercise room were misleading. Showed a full workout facility. When I got there was 1 treadmill in the middle of the room and 4 dumbbells in various weights did not match. 2 lights in my room would not shut off. One had the toggle switch broken into the frame. I had to unscrew the bulbs. The TV did not work. The curtains would not close, I had to use a clip to keep them closed. The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep. I expressed my concerns to the front desk personnel with everything that was wrong. They apologized but didn't do anything about any of the issues. They held $200 for incidentals but the concession area was completely empty. The Manager would not allow anyone to take their breakfast to their rooms. Did not give a reason just kept repeating "You can't take that to your room." After several times I asked why. He just kept repeating it over and over again with no explanation. Other people staying there would just through their breakfast in the trash. I'll still stay at a Comfort Inn. . . Just not this one.

Bathroom was so dirty we didnt take showers in the molding shower. I spilled water on the floor and grabbed a towel to wipe it up the towel turned black went i wiped the floor.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The front desk girl was rude and acted like it was a major inconvenience just for me to check in. The walls are paper thin so I could hear every word of the family staying in the room next to me. They had a baby as well so it led to very poor sleep for us.

Experience was won’t the front deck agent was extremely nice kind and wonderful she deserves a raise don’t remember her name

Cleanliness

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. It was a good value for the price, and we'd consider staying here again

The room was nice, but over the fence was a truck stop. They had trucks parked on the other side of the fence with the engines running all night. The entrance was not controlled and people were smoking marijuana right outside the door. The breakfast was great and the pool was small but inside and maintained.

As a housekeeper myself, I even stripped the room before we left to make it easier for the housekeeper coming in. I’ve seen far worse than what we left behind. The room wasn’t trashed we only had a few food bags and some empty boxes that we placed by the door. I’m confused by this hotel’s ratings because I don’t understand why they would charge so much for something that could easily be cleaned. Also, when we first got into the room, the floors hadn’t even been swept or vacuumed. Overall, the bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room upon arrival and the attempt to charge us for something that was fixable left a bad impression.

Good location for concerts at the paycom center

They found it I went up there 4 time before they found it but thank god I have ir now I really think I should get a refund or Anothwr night for free for the inconvenience

But our room, could not close the curtain to block out the light and my grandson has to have complete darkness to get a good rest. As we are leaving the door to the swimming area was completely open with no one in there for children could walk in no guard around the pool no nothing.

Had to put up another $200 deposit once checked in, my understanding booking.com held a $250 deposit and sent a email to me no other payment needed for check in. Had to be switched to another room after getting unpacked due to refrigerator not working and tv had issues in the 1st room we checked in to. 2nd room that we was given 1 of the bed sheets had fresh writing on it from a pen, led me to believe that the sheets had not been changed

The over night from desk worker was not good and housekeeping wasn't good

I liked that they had a pool, that the rooms were clean, and that they offer breakfast. I didn't like that the remote was missing the back on it and did not work when we arrived. The parking lot had trash in it as well.

Good stay for the price. Room was clean and nice breakfast. Happy with my stay.
