Comfort Inn & Suites Oklahoma City near Bricktown

I love it! I think it should have a higher rating. Great receptionist and very clean quiet room. Super comfortable bed and high end sheets. Had to start the AC but it was great.👍 I will warm it’s an extremely dangerous area and you won’t even want to walk next door because it’s next to the greyhound/ truck stop and full of homeless who will bother you! But the hotel has a high fence around it so that’s part is safe if your a car traveler. I am a trucker and if I say it’s a rough area, it is!

The property is under new ownership. They have an inviting lobby, clean and comfortable rooms and helpful staff. No complaints for the price and location

I liked the rooms and all the amenities. Next door neighbors stayed up hooping and hollering and laughing all hours of the night.

Clean and friendly staff Location

We had problem with the TV for over an hour and the phone was from another room. Easy to get to and a good breakfast.

First room didn’t have a fridge, switched rooms, then the second room smelled like pee. The door was wedged closed which made it hard to open. The TVs were difficult to use as well and poor quality.

Definitely not the best say has all these things but don’t pool is foggy missing things everywhere an it’s in the getto handles on drawers had what to me makeup all over them

First room was a crappy fridge,2nd room tiles in bathroom was broken, mold on wall, 2 roaches..the Last night at 830pm we got moved again rooms pull out couch was damaged, drawers didn't stay shut. Only 1 ice machine top floor was working, no vending machine or heated pool as advertised.

The hotel is listed as being near Bricktown. That is a deceiving location as it isn’t located in the best part of town as noted by our Uber driver and isn’t anywhere near a walkable distance to Bricktown. Lots of trash laying around the grounds of the hotel. The management is very strict about checking in early so if you are coming in on an early flight you won’t be allowed to check in early. A workout room was non existent in this hotel. There was a treadmill sitting in the middle of the floor not hooked up. There was mold in the shower and we stayed three nights and the room wasn’t serviced at all. They don’t even change out your towels unless you ask. We definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Very noisy and lots of people running in the hallways to very late hours. Management has zero customer service experience.

Room was big Location, out of way, next to a truck stop, room had a smell(smoke ), ceiling tiles were missing in hallway, blowers were going in part of hotel. Obviously something had happened and was being attended to while still allowing visitors

This by far was a very unpleasant experience compared to the other comfort suites i have stayed at previously. Upon entry there was plaster falling from the ceiling, which could lead to a potential injury. After checking in my room was unacceptable, the carpet was torn, there were holes in the wall, the electrucal outlets were burnt. Also, there were roaches in the bathroom alive and dead, the linen on the bed was off white and appeared to be previously used, the sheets on one of the beds had cigarette burns on them, the pillow case had black stains all over it and the blanket on one of the beds had brown spots or stains on it. The room door did not close properly unless you forced it closed, and the room was missing the ironing board. The coffee cups had a stale odor to them, by far this was not a pleasant experience, and if i would have had the option to cancel the room i would have, but i had aleready been charged for the stay.

There were some issues with the elevator but we being addressed, we enjoyed the pool and breakfast with our children and grandchild.

The front desk staff was very accommodating and courteous. She gets a 10 out of 10. However, the room we received was already occupied...by roaches. We didn't stay.

The staff, and the bed for sure. Mickey at the front desk when we checked in was absolutely fantastic, and went out of her way to accommodate us. No breakfast, tv didn’t work at night. Tv stopped working at night time… one of the staff members said something with servers? Woke up early to go have breakfast got down a little after 8 and everything was gone, it was crazy disappointing, I asked kitchen staff what time breakfast was over she said 9am…… looks like it’s over when the first food put out is taken.

The room we were given had blood splattered all over floor and had an awful smell in the room. There were roaches crawling down the walls. Tiles were missing from the ceiling. No coolers or ice working. When we left and went and stayed at another hotel they proceeded to deny that we left but sure wouldn’t review cameras and refund our money. This hotel should be shut down immediately.

Need ice machines and new bed pillows.
