Bedroom carpet has big burning spot.room # 116 and room was smelling something.

Perfectly fine to sleep and shower and get back to work. That's all I need. The hotel is currently being remodeled (previously ESA, the TVs still say that too). So I expect some things to be less than ideal, like half the parking lot covered in 40 foot containers. There's plenty of hot water, plenty of water pressure, the toilet flushes, the sink water gets hot and drains fine. The fridge is older but works fine. The cooktop had metal tape around the edges. There was duct tape holding the edge of the carpet down where the kitchen area starts. The sink dripped a little but wasn't noisy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom had a rattle when off, but not when running (whatever it connects to on the roof is probably rattling). The carpet could have been cleaner. The smoke detector was missing (reason for only 4 stars). Scrapes on the walls that'll be covered up when they change paint colors I'm sure. The light bulbs and shades for the bedside table lamp were missing. I get it, remodeling, new stuff is coming, they're not going to replace broken or stolen old things. But please put another smoke detector in the room, herd immunity (other alarms going off) isn't something you want to rely on during a fire. I stayed a total of six nights, two nights at a time, but was double billed for the middle two. Waiting on that refund now, will update if I need to chargeback. Still don't have any of the $25 per stay deposits back either. Would stay again for the price.

A lot of homeless in the area. Hotel was dirty and smelled strong of weed.

The staff and management were very friendly and very helpful. The management was especially helpful in working with me on a complicated problem.The property could use a little updating.

Nothing, pure nasty. They moved me into a smoking room, pure smoked. When I complained, the young lady told me to go somewhere else like I was there for free. A nasty chair, leaking sink, dirty carpet, dirty stove. Dusty room. They don't get orders from management. The worse of the worst. Everything is bad, so bad, I could not even shower and eat in there. They need to close this dump down. I switched 3 4 rooms. I'm not sure why they are still standing renting to poor people. They have no respect for humans.

Nothing at all The room was absolutely disgusting stains everywhere on the blankets. On the floor the pillows had stains. The couch in the room was all beat up and torn. The floor had pieces missing. The wall had stained and scuff marks. The bathroom was completely disgusting. The shower was nasty and dirty in the entire room. Smelled like poop, and when I asked for a new clean room, they refused and wouldn't give me a refund or cancel my reservation altogether. Terrible service, terrible room. And terrible communication

Microwave didn't work. TV was from another century. Sheets were stained. There was duct tape on the carpet. Avoid.
