We reserved a room with 2 beds. Upon checking we were told there was no rooms available. We were offered a room with 1. Wanted to charge an extra $100 for my teen to stay with us even though they were listed on the reservation. There was blood all over the luggage cart. There was a large of selection of “rentable women”. Don’t recommend anyone stay here

Surrounding area was desolate. Lots of homeless people around. Did not feel safe after dark.

Everything Nothing

The room was clean but I had problems with flying bugs. And it was too many people outside of the building and visitation was too short

Someone played music all night lots folks hanging out in parking lot or outside building. Just the people outside want to be gangsters.

Where to start. The door got stuck somehow and hit me in the temple hard when i went to open it. Got kitchen with a micro and 2 burners, no dishes or utensils, so unless you travel with pots and pans, the kitchen is useless, plus a rusty fridge. The tub was missing that stopper thing under the faucet so you could see how gross it is in there and the water kept going in when i was taking a bath. All kind of signs with rules, one of which says if you have a guest, they can stay 15-30 minutes and you will be charged $100 for that half hour visitor. No wonder everyone loiters out in the parking lot. Oh yeah, there was something sticky on the counter, cant miss it, so i put a napkin over it so they needed to do their job. All kinds of stains in the bathroom sink. I just needed a bed for a couple of days and a tub but this place is way worse than I expected. The Indian male owner, apparently, does not smile and was just there sitting, watching the women do all the work. If they would bother fixing things up, they could charge more and it would look nicer. I would not suggest you staying here unless you have no other options in all of OKC area.

The place is very nasty. There were people right outside of the entryway doing drugs. There were homeless people wandering around. Trash everywhere out front. The hallways smelled horrible. Don't even get me started on our room. The only good thing was that the beds were comfortable. Would never recommend this place.

On top of that, they charged an extra $25 fee with little to no explanation as to what it was even for. Paying extra for a place that felt this unsafe and poorly maintained is ridiculous. The environment was sketchy, uncomfortable, and not family-friendly at all. I ended up walking out and booking another hotel in a much safer area because I refused to stay somewhere that made me feel that uneasy, they also refused me a refund. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with feeling unsafe and uncomfortable during your trip.

Nothing Upon our arrival, there were too much suspicious activity outside of the hotel. The inside of the hotel did not smell well. I wanted to look at the room before checking in. Upon opening the door of room 113 the smell of dog urine hit you in the face, and there was leakage on the floor. The hotel employee said that she was marking that room as not rentable. I did not get to stay in the room. She would not rent it to me.

Honestly those room most need some repair to better look. There was many repair problems.

Drug addicts etc outside the hotel at 3am speaking under their breath about my children and I. Door was locked and had to call to get in. Was not safe for a family at all and we immediately left as soon as we could get a ride.

An extensive cleaning is not done. Bare minimum is done just to get guest. Maintenance repairs aren’t done for preventative purposes, they’re done for a temporary fix.

The privacy The people standing outside of the facility loitering

The room was amazing. We stayed for three nights to begin with at a good price. When we decided to stay another week we were quoted two different prices and were charged the higher price. I am a Choice member and was not given a discount. I will not recommend this hotel in the future to anyone. I was going to extend my stay for a few months but will not due to the charges.
