It was a nice hotel staff was very nice clean hotel as far as value for your money it was a nice room the rooms are nice area was nice inside There were a lot of walkers around and weird looking people didn't scare us though but for some folks may make you feel a little uncomfortable I know how to mind my own business so it was cool

Room was large and clean. Breakfast was satisfying. Beds were very comfortable. Location is not suitable. Lots of unhoused people constantly visible around the property. Small parking lot. Adjacent to a former hotel that now looks to be low rent housing.

The room was clean and neatly organized. The price was very good; I paid very little for 3 nights, so that is a plus. When I arrived at the hotel, the concierge told me I couldn't go to my room because I hadn't arrived by check-in time, which I found weird. After all, I paid for three nights. It took a while and she finally settled things saying she had not noticed the reservation was for 3 nights she proceeded to give me a room when I open the door there was someone's else things in there she gave me an occupied room I had to go back to the front desk and wait again for a different room. When I checked out, I received a phone call an hour later apologizing that they needed my credit card again because the person who checked me in did not check me in correctly. Overall, it wasn't a bad hotel just the situation I was put in, and I understand that people are learning, but it just took too much time to simply get a room.
