I had a terrible service experience. I made my reservation online and paid for my room. When I arrived to the front desk was told I couldn't check in till 3pm and if I wanted to check in at that moment I had to pay for another day. And I could check in early for another charge of 30 dollars. I told him I just need to rest I've been working all day and my room was paid for the 4th and it was 2 am on the 4th. Couldn't resolve this issue without having to pay something and the hotel had over 25 empty rooms. I've counted when I had to wait in the parking lot for almost 3 hours to get my room after I paid for early check-in. Then had to switch rooms as soon as I got my belongings into the room because the door didn't lock. Then was asked for a deposit to be brought by 9am. In cash, getting backatcheckout
