It was fine for my stay

Breakfast was surprisingly good. Lobby has a slope upward that is hard to notice due to a rug that obscures it more than helps and I tripped on it every single time I walked there without fail.

This property was awful I will never stay at this location ever again

We had to stay another night and they increased my rate, because I did my reservation on line, I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN, AND I WILL ADVISE MY COMPANY NOT BOOK HERE ANY MORE

Right next to the freeway and easy to get into the city. Hallways smelt of cannabis, the area is riddled with crack heads and homeless. Not the hotels fault.

Definitely do not recommend this hotel at all. The area was sketchy, many people smoking pot outside & not well kept with cleanliness even in the parking lot. It didn't feel safe. Inside was terrible & disgusting. The headboard from the bed was so dirty & the fabric old & coming apart, the computer chair filthy & stained with something white that had probably spilled & was never cleaned. The trash cans didn't even have a bag, the pillows all felt different & sucked! The AC didn't work well & we were hot most of the time, the window curtain had so many holes in it & let the light in, the sliding door seemed so unsafe, the shower rubber standing mat was dirty & old, the shower towels were like kid sized. Everything was disappointing & nasty, probably the worst experience I've had in a hotel. We had seen ok reviews & gave it a chance since everything else was booked when we visited my daughter for family weekend at her college, but you really get what you pay for unfortunately. Plus they charged a $50 deposit for incidentals, which they said would only be on hold, which now I have to wait to have refunded. Do not stay here!

We ended up not staying there because the area was unsafe for our vehicles. The front desk person said there was parking for our U-haul truck and other truck with the boat but when we go there this was not the case. The hotel suggested we park our vehicles in the street. Nothing good about this property. There was also 8 stray cats laying in front of the door blocking the entrance to the lobby and I’m allergic to cats.

When I first got there the lady that was "helping" me was being rude. I put my CC for incidentials online, tried to explain to her that and she wouldn't listen to me and had me do it twice. If she would have being nicer i wouldnt had mind but she kept giving me an attitude for no reason. Room was clean. But the hall smelled like cigarettes. And our room keys kept deactivating all weekend, we kept going to the counter everyday sometimes twice a day. Very annoying especially after a long day. Breakfast was alright I do recommend getting another waffle maker. Of a 4 day stay I was only able to used it once since other guest were using it. Only recommended this place for a night stay, not for weekend or week stay. 2/5 stars.

Terrible! They always put the black people to the back of the hotel! Almost every check-in I had to wait past checkin time to get my room

Room didn't have air conditioner and put in another room that had smaller beds and cheaper than the one I booked. Wasn't compensated for the difference. Just said sorry. There were 5 us.

The staff that checked me in was horrible she was rude and considerate and a headache she put me in the cheapest room when I paid for the most expensive room didn't pay me out the difference and before she even placed me on the floor she didn't check with me if it was okay.

clean properety, location kind of questionable, but ok, did not agree to the $50 deposit that will return after they inspect the room, I guess they had some people that destroy the rooms, I had to stay there for the location to my reason to be in Oklahoma, and I have to return, but will not use it again, I do not destroy rooms

I enjoy this facility. If I've had a blue moon issue it was immediately addressed. Management secures the property and are aware of guest and anyone onsite and not suppose to be. Management is not afraid to approach or bring in Law Enforcement. The staff is nice for most part. Communication is dominantly Spanish between the staff. Im sure the ladies understand English. The front desk chrck in ladies speak English and one overnight that I've met. They are helpful. And overall I definitely think they genuinely care and are concerned about their guest. Urine smell from the pets around the doors. Breakfast need diabetic accommodations: fruits, oranges, bananas apples, individual peanut butter cups. No offense to the homeless they swarm around facility due to shade trees. I've yet to locate the small gym advertised, maybe they dont have it anymore. Although a good cleaning staff, on check out day, even if you have DO NOT DISTURB, on door they will knock on the door anyway. Because they are in the area cleaning other rooms and dont want to back track to yours after you leave. For a night worker its annoying. We know what time is check out. But no harm no foul. No weekend or frequent stay discounts especially being a traveling medical worker. Some rooms need the blackout curtains replaced.
