NOTHING STAFF RUDE MY BATHROOM WAS CLOGGED UP AND I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND THE GIRL TOLD ME TO COME DOWN TO FRONT DESK AND PICK THE PLUGGER UP CAUSE THE STAFF WAS BUSY HELLO AM THE GUEST NOT SOMEBODY FRON YOUR STAFF

Our room was listed as a non smoking room, when we arrived it reaked of cigarette smoke and Marijuana. Not a well maintained facility, the hallway and stairs were very dirty. Wouldn't stay here again.

Very small and sketchy place but you get what you pay for

The room was clean, all the staff was very polite. The day manager and night shift chick Mel are wonderful for any customer service. The breakfast was hot and delicious - only hotel that offers potatoes...and the pool was the best part of my day. This is the only place i will stay when i visit okc

Awesome food, friendly staff, always a clean room. This is the only place I stay when I come thru okc. I also think it's very kind how they have fresh food and water out front for the stray kitties ❤️ when i come back i intend on having the funds to help get them spayed and neutered.

The staff was very friendly, overall experience was good, breakfast was good room was nice good Aircon even had a nice sitting chair, great WiFi my only issue was with the shower diverter valve its a pull type and the water pressure was low in the shower, other than that I liked this hotel I would give 7 out of ten stars, I will stay here again.

Not in a good area at all A lot and I do mean a lot of druggies walking on the premises or hanging out very close by But even worse that this my toilet was broken I was told come down and get a plunger Like I didn’t pay my money to be plunging anything Not mention the attitude behind the woman at the front desk when I denied So I had make a call Then I was accommodated Like it should’ve been when I first reported the situation smh I will NEVER book again

I’ve stayed here over the years and I have always had a good experience! The staff is friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the balcony is an added plus! I always return. N/A

The room was clean. The room was literally falling apart. The front desk lady the first day was unhelpful. The man the next day was awful when I contacted him because I was overcharged. He got into an argument with me, so I hung up. I was refunded my money through booking.com after I proved I was overcharged.

They have fleas in and outside their hotel. Don't stay there. They are feeding Ferrell cats right by their front lobby. They know what's going on too

The owner treated you as a thief when you tried to eat the continental breakfast! The area is very unsafe, the property is dirty and unkept, and the owner is very confrontational.

Staff were very polite. 24 hr check in Toilet was broken and it was so late we didnt feel like switching rooms. Flushed when taking lid off tank.. for the dirt cheap price and one night it wasnt a huge deal..
