We had advice through Booking.com that the property was no longer a Best Western but our booking “should be honoured”. However, it is no longer a hotel in the expected sense of the word and as such our booking was not honoured. I am extremely miffed that the booking was not simply cancelled. Then we would not have been in an awkward situation of urgently finding somewhere else to stay. I hold both Best Western and Booking.com responsible for our inconvenience.

Nothing like advertised. Will never stat with best Western again The hot tub was out of commission, the rooms didn't look like advertised and it was in the hood.

Convenient - pretty close to my appointment. 1). 2 lamps of my room did not work when I entered the room. 2). All toilet tissues in men’s bathroom near breakfast area ran out! When I asked the employee in breakfast area for help, she gave me only … 2 rolls!? 3). Men’s bathroom near breakfast area had 1 clogged toilet bowl!

Great Staff. Super clean and comfortable place. But Booking with Third Party Booking no BW rewards points add. Even though our App with Hotels Engine shows. The Extra charges is added but not according to There Standard. No Points. Booking two nights and no extra night added points. We found out the hard way. Remove BW extensions for points. BW doesn’t recognize them.

I stayed in a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing room. Amenities were great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was updated and modern, all appliances worked well. No complaints! I’ll be happy to stay here again the next time I’m passing through. N/A
