Rooms were not very clean. Shower curtain was not bolted in properly and it just flipped around. Bathroom light fixture was broken and just laying on the floor under the sink. A/C was not very cool. Hallways smelled horrible plus hallways were not carpeted so you hear everything moving up and down the hall. They ran out of soap, shampoo, and conditioner for the rooms. Homeless people living in their cars in the parking lot taking up space for paying customers to park. Overall for the price you pay not a very experience.

Clean room, kitchen clean, Staff was helpful and excellent service. 💯

No pool. Other than that, excellent

The biggest issue is the smell . For it to be a smoke free building the hallway stink soo bad. Nobody come to tidy up your room or replace towels. You have to go down stairs for them

Front desk male individual nasty attitude after I waited 15- 20 mins no one at desk when I arrived, after I mentioned of waiting that long period of time for anyone at front desk, the individual tells me u can go somewhere else with my complaints

Location. Only 5 mins from downtown or Walmart. Room is spacy. Laundry price is crazy: almost $10 per cleaning/drying, while industrial reference is about $5 only.

Staff was very accommodating to all of my requests.
