Bed was comfortable and clean NA

Next to a Cracker Barrel . The room was filthy . Had to clean it before I could settle in .

I like the location Our bed was very hard and the pillows were not comfortable at all. our tv was going out we had to tell them. The bathtub mat looked very used. So we was not able to take a bath.

-Not enough towels but the manager brought extra towels. Laid them on the unmade bed. -TV didn’t work so manager had to reprogram. -Outside door did not close well. I had to slam it shut. -Felt springs on the bed—horrible!

They let me park my car while I went on vacation plus arriving late at night they had a room ready for me. Very helpful. Would stay there again. The hotel was very near the outlet mall. Food around the corner.

Close to base if you are PCSing and looking for something close.

Room smelled weird and there were stains in the shower and on curtains and lamp. You get what you pay for here.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The accomodations were not as nice. The first room had a terrible odor. The sheets were dirty and there were spiders hanging in the shower. I asked for another room and he was very kind to give us another room. Still not as clean, but better than the last. Stayed there for 6 hours as we got there late and we're not comfortable staying longer.

It was horrible service. The guy up front said he seen my sister had stole a pizza and took it back to the desk apologized and he hickey me out. I wasn’t there an hour I did not take shit from him he kept my money for the room and my deposit. Which I should have been given back to me. The front desk always try’s to find a way to. Make money. Ten dollars a person if someone comes to visit even your spouse. They had not given me my deposit back from 6-17 off 50 bucks. They are money hungry and extremely rude!!!

The sheets on my bed were dirty and hair was all over the bed sheets dirty towel and rugs left in the bathroom only one wash cloth was given to me both times I asked Tv was going in and out during.

The room smelled horrible and we left with bites on our body.

The room appeared clean, however, it was a pet-friendly room. Our dog sniffed the floor constantly. It was okay for the price.

Comfortable, clean and spacious. Our room was newly decorated with modern fixtures and fittings. Parking was easy and convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was satisfying with adequate choices. We enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast wasn't the greatest, and the pool was closed my kids were bummed about that. But other than that the rooms were really clean and the beds were comfortable as heck. 😊

Close to Interstate the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and spacious . The only trouble we had was the key maker was broken so we did not have a room key however the desk clerk was very helpful he took his master key up anytime we needed to enter or leave the room
