This room had more cockroaches than I’ve ever seen in my life. I couldn’t sleep They were not exclusive to the bathroom, were crawling on the night stand next to the bed and the walls. Staff made it sound Ike it was normal and made no attempt to remedy

We had this room book for two weeks before my arrival check in date. We traveled 10+ hours, I get there at 10 am (I know check in is not till 3) just to check and make sure it’s still reserved, I was told yes but to come back at 3 to pay for the room and check in then. So I leave and come back at 3, they apparently have no room available for a double bed that I booked TWO WEEKS in advanced!! I was told they would cancel it on their end and for me to go look elsewhere. The next day my card is charged for this room that they somehow DO NOT HAVE. I have called several times for a refund and every single time, they keep saying it’ll take up for 24-48 hours. It has been a full 7 days and I still do not have my refund! DO NOT RECCOMEND!

Worthless, won't stay there again

All honesty I drove in early and checking is at 3pm so I stayed in the parking lot. They did let me use the plugs to charge my phone. Yes there is a $100.00 deposit. I was surprised but it's business they let you choose the form of payment, other hotels it's debit or credit along with a matching ID. The ladies that attended me and my kids where so sweet. If your not ok with the deposit. Then go somewhere else that suits you. Also I did indeed receive my deposit. Because I followed the rules.

No A/C in the Lobby. No ice machine working. Room was not like the picture. I booked a double queen bed room. Which I got a king bed. I would’ve not minded if the property was better taken care of. Pictures must have been from when they first started.

Housekeeping was fantastic, especially when taking into consideration what they were working with. The room was almost kind of okay, but... 1) The legs of the table and desk were very wobbly. The carpet desperately needed to be shampooed or replaced; 2) There were roaches- I swatted one that was on the outside of my door with my changla as I was leaving to check out. 3) There was a horrible mildew smell that the wonderful housekeeper was able to mask every day that she was in there, but the smell would come back overnight, and I even found mildew on the toilet seat at one point. Overall, I would call the room uninhabitable and might have been part of the reason my kid got so sick that I had to take her to the emergency room while we were there. The only reason there are any scores above the frowning score is because the housekeeper really did an amazing job of masking the smell. I would guess that there were pipes that busted during a freeze in the room. There was a bulge in the bathtub wall and always much more condensation on the counter and the floors than what should have been there.

The staff andocation were great the accomodations were adaquate. No television station, and difficulty with wifi

Roaches everywhere, ac wasn’t working good, mold smell…. Don’t recommend this place

The staff here are more than helpful. Guests were all polite. It is an older property. But we'll maintained.

When I raised concerns, I was directed to contact Expedia regarding a refund, but the issue was never meaningfully resolved. After my stay, I also noticed other recent reviews mentioning similar cockroach and odor problems. Based on my experience, I would not stay here again and would encourage travelers to read recent reviews carefully before booking.

This place should be closed roaches and rude employees that steal

Stay away sleep in your car first roaches and idiots are ravid here!!!

Horrible Horrible place ravid with roaches and ALL EVERY SINGLE ONE of the front desk employees are rude and not knowledgeable. To be nice about it.
