Safe, clean, and comfortable bed. Would recommend and will likely stay here again!

Residence Inn is my favorite hotel regardless of location because of the consistent home away from home aspect. The beds are comfortable with clean, quality linens and the bathrooms are stocked with toiletries. I don’t dine out very much so the full kitchen is essential and the studio really lends to the spacious atmosphere. The accommodations are always clean and the friendly and help staff make my getaway much more enjoyable. I’d recommend Residence Inn to family, friends or anyone seeking a secure and sanitary environment.

The staff was friendly I don't like that nothing was not taken off my bill when I reported about the bug or roach that w as found in my room not once but twice I reported it to the front desk clerk and manager who said that they could move me but I decline because I was checking out the next morning which did not make any sense but I still think that I should have gotten something of the bill. I said that the property didn't meet my expectations because they didn't offer another option when I told about my findings and I stayed at another location where the room was more spacious and bigger , but like I said the staff was great and friendly the lady in the kitchen was very friendly I think her name was Marie she worked on Thursday and Friday she interacted with everyone that came through the Kitchen.

The breakfast attendant was so nice. Super friendly. Also a lot to choose from for breakfast Clean rooms and overall hotel is very clean. Doesn’t have silent bathroom fans which is a huge plus for me.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Maria G. in the breakfast room was amazing, providing good food and service with a smile!

Not enough washcloths in the room the road noise kept me up all night obviously it’s not insulated well and the front staff never told us any of the amenities when we checked in. We didn’t even know they offered breakfast so we didn’t get to enjoy that or we would’ve come down earlier if we knew.
