Erika was a super fantastic front desk clerk! Helped me find a steak dinner at a restaurant before it closed. The room was fine, comfortable clean. Hotel was in good working order. Maybe not the nicest area, but I was able to drive around the hotel safely.

I’m stayed at this hotel several times but the last two times were quite unimpressive. My last visit, I didn’t have hot water so my showers consisted of a wash cloth warmed up in the microwave. My most recent visit, there wasn’t even a drop of shampoo in the dispenser nor were there any coffee pods left in the room. I will not allow myself to be disappointed a third time. I will not be back

The sheets had what appeared to be a stain and could use some stiffer pillows other than that my stay was nice

Our room had a few dirty spots when we checked in. I let the staff know and it was cleaned up. They were kind and helpful. Pool was nice. It is an older hotel. Close to the water park. There is lots of homeless people around. We never had an issue. Slept good all three nights

The room was okay. The pool was nice and refreshing. Location of hotel was great however in the evening hours the homeless were in the parking lot and surrounding areas.
