The Douillet by Demeure Hotels

The stay in the booked hotel was interrupted by unsecured situation, when at 2am in the morning of day September 4th a lady was screaming and battling the next door to my room, fighting and asking to someone about her husband. Front desk manager Erica refuses to give me a refund when I early check out at 5am on September 4th letting the front desk staff know the situation. I don't recommend this place at all

Stayed there twice first time the freg the toilet didn't work. Second time the air conditioner didn't work. Overrated motel. I will not go back. Motels like that they like to put black people in the worst rooms the rooms that the white people destroyed it is a damn shame.

My first couple of days was fine. The second to last day we did find a roach in our room. The rooms need major updating, and the area is extremely sketchy. The over night lady and the man who works during the day were extremely helpful, and very nice. The owners can do better but again it's also the area. Drugs and prostitution all around you.

Comfortable bed, and clean. Need some type of protein at breakfast.

Great staff, great property with a laundry room and a swimming pool. Hard to beat!

Enjoyed the stay.

The staff were excellent, the room was dated but worked out, good shower however the room was small and everything was pretty much stacked in small places, breakfast was very limited to waffle machine, bread and gravy and cereal kind of poor, 3 stories 1 machine but out of order this is a budget hotel and was worth the few dollars I paid but not sure I would stay again I would give it a 3 out of 5 for a cheap hotel.

I had a great stay. The staff is dedicated to maintaining the property and serving the needs of the guests. This is one of the best bargains you will find.

The telephone is not plugged into anything and there is no cord to plug it in. The television doesn’t work. It comes on, but there’s only static. If there is Wi-Fi, they didn’t give me the password to check-in. I would call down to the front desk, but the phone doesn’t work. I scan the QR code they give for more information, but that goes to an error page. I would go down to the front desk, but I’m afraid I would never get back into my room. On the plus side, the room has a bed.

One little bottle of shampoo for two people and saw roaches

I enjoyed my stay me and my significant other had a blast room looked nice sheets almost looked as if they was Burberry which was coo made me feel elegant

Located across street from my venue I’m in a wheelchair. The door is too heavy and fast closing. Hallway had large laundry cart impeding thruway. Room phones do not work. Breakfast area not thought through. From setup of waffle making supplies (couldn’t reach around waffle iron) And all carb offerings. No protein or fruit And more.
