Location was good. Front desk and breakfast lady were friendly and helpful. Needs deep cleaning and updating! Bedroom floor sticky in some areas. Bathroom: mold in upper seams of sink, area behind toilet seat not cleaned, hairs in tub and on shower curtain, floor not clean. Stains around exterior elevator console.

everyone was friendly and everything was clean! breakfast was great, it was so refreshing to see one of the managers looking out for her staff when a guest was being quite rude. The pool was too cold to swim and one of the guests had an aggressive dog in the lobby which was a little concerning

Almost everything! There were a few pretty significant stains on the carpet and the water came out of the sink in a SLOW trickle which made handwashinh with 3 kids a lil slow but nothing major OK weather closed the pool! Lol nothing you could have done

Highly recommend this property. My family was just passing by we stayed one night, but in that one night we had an awesome experience. Clean friendly hotel Clean and easy access from highway

Hotel advertised breakfast started at 6:00, but breakfast didn’t start till 630.

The room was unclean , mattress was terrible and I asked to be moved to another room , spoke to Cara that morning and she said she would have it ready by the evening when we went back it wasn’t in their computers and the general manager said they had no rooms available. Terrible customer service very disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel ever. And unprofessional.

Place was clean and quiet Lots of homeless people in the area, along with night girls if you get my drift.

the hotel room was clean and a good size. bed and pillows were comfortable. I did not like that we were placed on a pet friendly floor and not told in advance. There was a dog barking all day in the room next door and it was very disturbing. Also, the location was not that great. There was a man rummaging through the garbage disposal out back and some questionable people milling around. I did not feel that safe at night.

The front desk staff was friendly, the property was clean.
