Great property. Breakfast was good and staff was always restocking items

Our visit started be the desk representative being rude. The lighting in the room was awful, with lamps being the only light source. Then when checking out we found a roach in the restroom. They also charged for service dogs despite calling first to ensure there wasn't a charge for service animals. And they put us and my disabled mom on the 4th floor with no disability amenities in the room. Not even a bar in the bathroom.

Nothing They would not let me stay because of their policies and did not inform me until last minute. Making my trip a living hell.

NOTHING HAD A HORRIBLE EXPIERIENCE FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED, BATHROOM WAS DIRTY, TV WAS OLD AND OUTDATED, NO REMOTE WHEN CALLED AND ASKED FOR ONE WHEN WE REALIZED WE DIDN'T HAVE ONE I CALLED FRONT DESK HE SAID OH LET ME FIND YOU ONE AND PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES NEVER GOT BACK ON PHONE, I CONTINUED TO CALL AND NO ANSWER. I WAS ON SECOND FLOOR ELVATOR WAS OUT OF SERVICE, I HAVE NEUROPATHY ON MY FEET SO DECIDED TO WAIT TIL MORNING FINALLY GOT A REMOTE, NO ICE MACHINE THAT WAS CLOSE ONLY ONE WORKING WAS ON 5TH FLOOR, BREAKFAST WAS THE SAME THING BOTH MORNINGS NOT MUCH OF A VARIETY.. NOW THE BIG THING, I AM INSULIN DEPENDENT AND I PUT MY INSULIN IN FRIDGE AS ANY DIABETIC WOULD AND IT FROZE MY INSULIN, WHICH MEANS I COULD NOT THAW AND REUSE THAT WAS OVER $700.00 DOWN THE DRAIN, I TRIED CALLING FRONT DESK WHEN I DISCOVERED MY INSULIN WAS FROZEN AND GUESS WHAT PHONES WERE NOT WORKING EITHER, GO FIGURE. UPON CHECK OUT I SPOKE TO WHO SAYS WAS THE MANAGER AND HE WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME THAT I SHOULD HAVE TOLD THEM THE FREEZER WAS FROZEN BECAUSE I SHOWED HIM A PICTURE OF THE ICE IN THE FREEZER TO SHOW IT HAS NOT BEEN MAINTENECED IN ALONG TIME, I TOLD HIM I DID NOT PUT INSULIN IN FREEZER I PUT IT ON BOTTOM SHELF, HE THEN PRECEEDED TO TELL ME THAT THEY ARE SHORT STAFFED AND THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO, HE ARGUED WITH ME IN FRONT OF OTHER GUEST AND KEPT TELLING ME TO LET HIM TALK. HE DID REFUND ME FOR MY ROOM, BUT I SAID WHAT ABOUT A REFUND FOR MY MEDICATION, ITS NOT MY JOB TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THE FREEZER LOOKS LIKE A GLACIER. HE SAID IF I WANTED TO COMPLAIN TO CALL CORPARATE, I ASKED TO SPEAK TO HIS MANAGER AND HE SAID NO BECAUSE ITS SUNDAY. I ASKED FOR CORPORATES NUMBER AND HE JUSTGAVE ME A CARD AND SAID CALL TOMORROW ITS THE NUMBER TO THE HOTEL AND EMAIL TO HOTEL ONLY. I ADVISE THAT NO ONE STAY HERE.

Avoid at all cost.

Poor water pressure in the shower. Bed seemed to sink in the middle.

Clean and well maintained. There were kids above our room running, jumping and sounded like bouncing off the walls until 1 in the morning. Other than that it was nice.
