Courtyard by Marriott Oklahoma City Airport

Had to grt a uber. Other than that everything was great.

No breakfast included.... Management was rude of us asking about breakfast..we have to buy it from a bistro. WiFi was also not included for a Marriot.. did not expect that. Rooms were clean. Only a couple of towels in bathroom. Won't be staying at Marriot locations anymore.

The first room we were assigned, the air conditioner didn't work at all. We were immediately moved to a different room and that air conditioner also didn't work properly...it made horrendous sounds that kept myself and my 2 kids up each night(4 night stay). Due to high demand and lack of available rooms, they weren't able to move us again. Management didn't offer a partial refund because they said that while the AC unit was absolutely disruptive to our stay(which was admittedly apparent while talking to me on the phone by front desk staff and management...heard in the background), it was still in "working order".

The hotel was very nice beautiful courtyard very comfortable and relaxing It was a little pricey but not to bad but on my reservation I was suppose to have a balcony view and was put on the ground floor. Balconies don't exist on the ground floor and when I mentioned it to the front desk I was told that was all they had and it was the same price for the room I got. That all the rooms r considered to have balconies. First I reserved it ahead of time so should have gotten it. Second don't ever assume I'm saying something because of price that didn't matter what mattered is that I wanted a balcony room to enjoy the view and sit there in my own little bubble without worrying if someone was going to walk past. I wanted the security of it and the tranquil feeling the experience would have given. It was what I asked for and paid for in advance in full. And finally no not all rooms are considered balcony rooms cuz there were options for patio rooms also. They gave me a patio room. Even the definition of balcony states it is an elevated outdoor platform that extends from an upper floor of a building enclosed by a low wall balustrade or railing. That means the second floor or higher not the ground level floor. Also I had requested to be put on the east facing side cuz I watched a gorgeous sunrise right after getting there that morning and they said they had a room on either side open so I said east so I could watch the sun rise again the next morning and was put in the west facing side so had to walk around the building in order to enjoy it.

Don’t miss the buffalo wings at the restaurant. They’re amazing! I really don’t have anything negative to say. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

When checking in the desk clerk with extremely helpful and friendly. She made great recommendations. I didn't find anything I did not like.

Asked could i see Room.not what i Booked Place smelled like mildew, Dark poorly lit Here for 6 Days wife Birthday.Booked on line We Are from south carolina .this was so Dissipointed would not stay Here had to Go to Another Hotel.Thay charged me 109 Dollars For cancelling

Staff was very polite and helpful, driving us to a restaurant they recommended and it was great!

The internet connection for Netflix would constantly cause buffering.

close to where we needed to go, plenty of room! no coffee in lobby for customers! Coffee machine in our room wouldn't support our packets we were given in our room, So if you don't want to buy Starbucks (because it's pricey and i don't like it) your just screwed on coffee

Expected better customer service from some staff members. They seemed aggressive and dismissive multiple times. The courtesy shuttle was very helpful and respectful.

Sufficient breakfast and A/C worked well

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The room size could have been a little bigger.

Clean, great area near restaurants and stores.
