Tru By Hilton Oklahoma City Airport

All was good and very great staff

This hotel is located in a great location for the OKC airport. If you’re driving a car there isn’t much parking. When I got into my room the refrigerator was unplugged and the phones were there but not working. When checking in I was charged an amount over the hold amount and the clerk said “ooops” and then charged the holding fee after that. I have had trouble getting this resolved. The staff isn’t very helpful about it. So instead of paying for one night I’ve gotten charged for almost 3 nights. The hold dropped a few days later but the “ooops” charge has not. Other than that the hotel was decent, the gym was nice it wasn’t immaculate but it was clean. Outside trash cans were spilling over. The hotel is right by the highway so you can hear that at night. The beds were great.

Clean room. Loud A/C unit, door on the bathroom didnt work, very comfortable bed and decent breakfast.

Great night sleep, quiet location. Safe tpatking lot, friendly staff. Clean all around, breakfast was good.

We found a tick in our room, showed the front desk a picture and they switched us to another room with a small bug in one bed and hair. The manager kicked us out and said we brought the bugs when we had just entered the rooms. We were discriminated for being Hispanic don’t recommend.

Area around hotel not the best but not the properties fault. I travel for work and usually only books Tru locations, so will rebook here next trip to OKC

Tru properties are always colorful and inviting. It's refreshing when compared to other budget options. The staff was friendly and helpful (bringing up towels when there were none in the room). The hotel was clean and the room was well equipped. Note: the ice machine and buckets are on the first floor so you won't find the ice bucket in your room. We didn't mind this because having ice machines near the rooms can be noisy. The breakfast was disappointing. An "American" breakfast should have real eggs (not the dried, instant ones) and bacon or real sausage. There was no real cranberry juice, only orange juice and some flavored waters. We expected a bit better from Hilton - even in a more budget-friendly version of Hilton. With the type of meat/egg options offered, Hilton might as well just call this a Continental breakfast.

Zero complaints. I liked the room, location, and value.

Two of the three lights above the beds were not working/burnt out, and there was only one bath towel in the bathroom (there were two of us registered as guests0.

I needed a handicap room. I called before I booked an was told it was available. When I arrived I didn't get that particular room I was asked to stay one night in the room that they put me in an was told I would get the room I booked well that didn't happen they sent me to another property. Just a horrible ordeal considering that Im disabled.
