The water pressure was great, and the bed was comfy! The are is a little rough.

The bed was comfy, tv worked, and ac got real cold The pool and laundry service was in a different hotel entirely and the room was very narrow. The breakfast was horrible and that takes a lot for me to pass up free food

I liked the stand up shower the healthy breakfast variety, the large TV the soft pillows. There was food on the floor of my room when I checked in, "MCDONALD'S FRIES" also when it got hot outside or you put the ac on high speed its started making this god awful sound that was so loud I had to turn the TV way up until eventually i just turn off the ac. Also the second set of blinds would not open anymore than 6 inches. Sobs couldn't look outside. Ok one last thing the toilet was really small and low to the ground. I'm a large guy

I didn't get the welcome bag, no pool, the pancake machine was broken and breakfast was nothing like the pictures described!

This hotel is located in a great location for the OKC airport. If you’re driving a car there isn’t much parking. When I got into my room the refrigerator was unplugged and the phones were there but not working. When checking in I was charged an amount over the hold amount and the clerk said “ooops” and then charged the holding fee after that. I have had trouble getting this resolved. The staff isn’t very helpful about it. So instead of paying for one night I’ve gotten charged for almost 3 nights. The hold dropped a few days later but the “ooops” charge has not. Other than that the hotel was decent, the gym was nice it wasn’t immaculate but it was clean. Outside trash cans were spilling over. The hotel is right by the highway so you can hear that at night. The beds were great.

Clean room. Loud A/C unit, door on the bathroom didnt work, very comfortable bed and decent breakfast.

The staff were friendly. This is terrible to say but the homelessness around the area. We asked for clean towels and wash cloths but none were available . The pillows were very flat. The boom boom boom of loud music from others outside.

Location Room smelled musty and of syrup. Breakfast was not good and you could barely get to the breakfast due to the type of greedy people staying there. There was no breakfast left and I went at a prime time

Put me in an adjoining room to a very loud family.

Clean and quiet No coffee maker in room and mini fridge on floor too low hard to access. Breakfast options limited.

No room safe. The overflow holes in the basin of the sink were black; unfortunately it appears this is not being cleaned. It was quite gross.

Not the hotels fault, but at 1:30am i was awakened by a drunk yelling in the hallway, presumably trying to get someone to let him in the room

Great stay close to hurricane harbor. Will stay again.
