Great stay close to hurricane harbor. Will stay again.

Free parking was great. Inside of room was outdated. Room was small and tight.

Great night sleep, quiet location. Safe tpatking lot, friendly staff. Clean all around, breakfast was good.

We found a tick in our room, showed the front desk a picture and they switched us to another room with a small bug in one bed and hair. The manager kicked us out and said we brought the bugs when we had just entered the rooms. We were discriminated for being Hispanic don’t recommend.

Area around hotel not the best but not the properties fault. I travel for work and usually only books Tru locations, so will rebook here next trip to OKC

Tru properties are always colorful and inviting. It's refreshing when compared to other budget options. The staff was friendly and helpful (bringing up towels when there were none in the room). The hotel was clean and the room was well equipped. Note: the ice machine and buckets are on the first floor so you won't find the ice bucket in your room. We didn't mind this because having ice machines near the rooms can be noisy. The breakfast was disappointing. An "American" breakfast should have real eggs (not the dried, instant ones) and bacon or real sausage. There was no real cranberry juice, only orange juice and some flavored waters. We expected a bit better from Hilton - even in a more budget-friendly version of Hilton. With the type of meat/egg options offered, Hilton might as well just call this a Continental breakfast.

Zero complaints. I liked the room, location, and value.

It is a good value for the price of a room. Two of the three lights above the beds were not working/burnt out, and there was only one bath towel in the bathroom (there were two of us registered as guests0.

I needed a handicap room. I called before I booked an was told it was available. When I arrived I didn't get that particular room I was asked to stay one night in the room that they put me in an was told I would get the room I booked well that didn't happen they sent me to another property. Just a horrible ordeal considering that Im disabled.

Staff was not friendly. A little rude. Did not feel welcome.

No covered parking for check- in/out. Was pouring the rain. Big crowd of men shooting pool in the lobby. No cart for luggage. Smallest refrigerator ever! One ice machine all way down on ground floor. If upu are single with one piece of luggage you can make do, but not a good place if traveling with kids. Landscaping was mostly mud. 3 hotels trying to share parking. Had to park behind adjacent hotel and walk in the rain

Facility was clean and inviting. I love the layout and updated features. The options for purchase in the lobby was nice as well.

Very easy check in process, no issues with room, AC worked great. While the parking lot was secured and had on site security the area is a little sketchy after dark but that can be anywhere. Very friendly staff and grateful for the water station for personal water bottles refill on the way out for the day. Would stay here again.
