Not a good stayat all WOULD stay outside

The front desk clerk Joe so disrespectful a paying customer i ask the two men that was in front of me if I can ask him a question they said yes so I did and he automatically got an attitude with me saying that he was on the phone. I can wait matter of fact, get out now. Told him no, because I was a pain customer, I have a room here. Get out. Just rude

I'm impressed third week here no problems house keeping is great! the staff is polite.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that is the only good thing I can say about this hotel. It's in a bad neighborhood so there are a lot of homeless in the area and it looked like they lived in this hotel. The room was dirty. The bottom of our socks were black after being in the room. There were so many flies in the room. Every time we thought we killed them all another one showed up out of no where. We didn't feel safe there and couldn't wait to check out. Don't stay here especially if you have a family.

A lot of weird people walking around doing funny business.

There were guys walking through the back parking lot, checking cars to see if they were unlocked, all of this, after being reassured that there would be no problems. The room was filthy. The sheets were dirty, there was graffiti written on doors and countertops, and the place for reeked of smoke. I was constantly waking up to check on the status of my car as people were milling about the balcony as well as the parking lot. At 1 AM, I had finally decided it was not worth the risk, packed up my car and left This place should not be advertised on your site as it is disgusting

The room was clean fridge and microwave, parking, air conditioner all functional and working. The only occasional problem was other patrons arguing and fussing occasionally. But, that can happen absolutely anywhere so I don't hold it against the hotel. Everything, was fine for me concerning my stay and I would stay anytime in the future.

Dirty place

I was ok with pretty much everything. Especially, the Staff and the way they have concerns about whatever the patrons are concerned about. They're, genuinely caring and nice and even have a hotel pet cat which I loved. Sometimes, when you're going through things while traveling, animals break up your stresses and help you ease through them like a Trojan. I called her the "Hotel Kitty," and she came to me every time I came to sit in the front lobby area. I appreciated them having here there. The rooms were spacious and had air conditioning that worked. The only thing I wasn't crazy for was the size of the TV's in the rooms. Most, hotels now have the 42"-55" TV's and once you get use to that, it's difficult to adjust to one that's say 27" without feeling a little disgusted. But, I was ok. I was just "wishing" it was bigger. Everything, else was great especially with the level of customer service they had. The front desk receptionist was awesome. #IWouldStayAnytimeThere

The staff at front desk The amount of dangerous people loitering on property was insane. Loading car in am and had a man try to assault my daughter and I. He followed us into our room and tried to take our dog. We rushed to the office and the desk worker called security and he didn’t respond or care!

First room given commode was broken. With the homeless wandering around, noise outside was bad.
