This Sheraton is an upscale property, four floors. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, including a king-sized bed, excellent bathroom, and other well-maintained amenities. The hot breakfast was complimentary in conjunction with the U.S.’s 250th celebration of the country’s founding. I ascertained that its guests lodge at the hotel recurrently. I highly recommend it.

Was in town for a wedding and this place was great it was super clean and was a pretty nice room and the front desk staff at the time was very friendly definitely would recommend!

It was a enjoyable stay and the rooms were spacious and very clean...Loved the bathroom and the how comfortable the beds were too...First time staying and definitely enjoy my stay and will be back if I need to book in that area of Olathe...Thanks again 😀

The property is in a safe location. The hotel and rooms were kept very clean. Staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the water pressure for the shower.

I was given a handicap room and the shower was very tight due to equipment. I advised hotel that I felt very tight and if I can have another room and they stated they couldn’t accommodate due to reserving via thrid party (hotels)

I arrived early 1:30 PM to see if any rooms available; no rooms available yet; 100% accepatble. I am only Gold Elite Marriott/Bonvoy. I wasn't able to get back until 8:30 PM; I was specific about not next to elevator and ADA. Was placed in ADA room down hall feom bar; when I went back to deak, they said they had nothing available. Looking from outside parking lot & lights on in hotel; zero chance that every room taken. Room not made after day ine. Only 2 towels. Water everywhere in bathroom with shower setup for wheelchair; floods entire bathroom with open bottom. ADA seat would not stay in up.position. Room musty; disgusting. Said something to desk. Hotels.com gave me $100 & they called hotel for only a $50 credit on 2 nights for $580. After super rough day at work, I just wanted someplace nice to come back to. So disappointed as I thought.The reviews for this place were great. In area about 12 weekends a year; will never stay there again.
