2nd night we got no room service- staff was not friendly as we complained. we went to front desk to pick up towels. Next day we seen - dust pain was not cleaned and left full of garbage. I complained and ask for rate reduction- response was not friendly, we never reduce rates. I am not sure why not change its name to quality inn etc ? We booked this hotel for its quality and cleanliness.

Clean, quiet, and top notch service. Made to order omelettes for breakfast were delicious and I appreciate the evening cocktails and snacks as well. I will definitely be back!

Breakfast is still good, the rest of the hotel is headed in the wrong direction, beds are aweful, pull-out bed is worse. Broken tiles in the bathroom floor and walls,

The hotel discriminates and the manager avoided talking to us even after calling corporate. Will never use Embassy again.

The Bars closing time of 10 pm was wat too early, Alao the bar did not have a blender to make frozen drinks.

It was very nice! We definitely would come stay there again. The pool wasn’t cold and the hot tub was hot. The Burger Shed was amazing!!
