Very nice, clean, tidy and maintained hotel. Very friendly staff. Location is a little bit remote, not very close to Kansas City center and in a little bit isolated area. Not a problem if you have a car, but don't expect many restaurants / shopping / etc nearby

This was a quick stay, but we really enjoyed the property. The room was clean. The staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was filling. It was also very quiet.

Great for families! Small pool is easy to monitor little. Lobby area is well maintained and clean, and rooms are perfect for bigger families. The staff brought a crib up for our young baby, and there were lots of options at the free breakfast. Room was quiet and comfy!

Very Nice facility. We were there for a Saturday night stay to attend a graduation for our grand niece. Very accommodating location for the graduation festivities for us. Also near a large soccer complex that was very active. No complaints other than the $300 it cost for the reservation. Weekend, graduation night and very active soccer complex, so likely the reason for the higher than normal cost of stay for a Holiday Inn Express. We have stayed at very similar Holiday Inn Express facilities for 1/3 the cost. Undertand that this is not the only hotel chain that will raise rates on a very active weekend, but the convenient location was the reason we did not stay elesewhere.
