Studio 6 Lenexa, KS - Overland Park

Staff were amazing! Police were always messing with people on foot patrol or parking in the parking lot. Homeless people were always sitting around and going inside the room. Tesla workers used the parking lot taking up space for the guests.

Room was clean but not the best. Found Towels with stains on it. Good breakfast and free parking.

Simple, clean, comfortable hotel, rooms and beds. Nice staff. Keep your expectations in check - this is not the Ritz - but for what it is, it is great!

Kitchenette with no utensils, pots or pans, not even dish soap. No hair dryer. On too of what I knew (no breakfast and no pool), this was a disappointing stay.

The rooms were nice and clean. My one night stay went well.

The hotel staff was so awesome no hassles had me in checked in I got plenty of sleep nobody Disturbed me it was a great time here thank you so much

I had a peaceful night

Pleasantly surprised. Very clean. Coffee in the morning. Clean property.

Arrived late at night and there was a medical emergency in the lobby. Other guests were waiting to check in ahead of us and I assumed the employee must be supervising the incident as there were ambulances and EMTS in the lobby. That was not the case and the worker was MIA. Guests ahead of us had been waiting over 15 minutes to check in. Finally called the number and the person who answered, wasn’t even at the property. They also tried reaching the employee with no success. While I was on hold, after 15 minutes, the employee just appeared out of nowhere and acted like nothing was wrong. The room was very nice and the bed was comfy. Was disappointed that it didn’t have a hair dryer, this was the one time I didn’t pack it, as most rooms typically come with one. So that was a downfall. For the price of the room, it would be nice if breakfast was also included.

Clean room

The remote to the TV had 2 working buttons which were the power and volume button, nothing else worked. And they never returned the $100 smoking deposit. And no I DON’T smoke, so I was expecting to get my deposit back. Not worth the 2 nights we stayed.

Staff was welcoming. Room was clean and ready upon check in. The walls are thin so be advised that you could hear neighbors, their kids and their pets. Breakfast is not included, but there is a kitchenette in the room.

This is a CLEAN refurbished Motel 6- excellent value for a no-frills room. Non-smoking but lingering smoke smell in the halls despite a solid a/c blasting cold air. Room had a full-size frig that was broken but was replaced same day by maintenance, so no worries there. This is billed as extended stay location, so our room didn’t get cleaned but we didn’t want to be bothered anyway- very simple to go to the front desk and get fresh towels.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed

The smell of the property was awful. Smelled like wet dog and smoke. The bathroom in the room still had previous tenants hair pieces on the floor. The light fixtures in the bathroom were covered in rust. The front desk person put us in a room with k e bed when our reservation was for two. Took time to get it changed. Do not recommend.

Bed was comfortable. WiFi was spotty. No silverware, not even plastic. Bought my own and paper plates. Had a toaster which was a nice add.
