Very clean and convenient with easy access to the I

Loved the option of the kitchenette, much needed for us and Walmart delivered my groceries so I didn't have to leave the room. Couldn't get TV to work. Bed was smaller than advertised. Said was a queen but was a full sized.

Everything! The staff members are amazing, and the room and facilities are very nice and clean. The coffee is very good, and they have a great variety of things for sale at reception, including food, beverages, snacks, and toiletries. There is a gas station right next to the hotel. This is my favorite hotel in Lenexa, KS. Nothing

I like the location, staff was friendly but professional and the room was very clean Curtains didnt close completely, no tissues in the room and fixed items werent done very well. It has gone downhill a little from a year ago, but still a good stay for the $$.

I have stayed at this hotel at least half a dozen times. I’m doing it regularly about once a month right now for work. I’ll start by saying the price is extremely low for what you get back in return. The staff is very friendly. My rooms are always at least as clean as expensive hotels are or even better most of the time so overall value is 10 to 10 the AC units attached to the room have always been ice cold for me and work way better than required. Also it’s very quiet because rooms are more spread out and thicker walls between them. Laundry on site and accepts pets is nice. They also have a designated smoking area and it’s not just a little cubicle outside it’s a large patio with bbq grills and benches to sit at anytime you need to. Lower weekly or monthly rate discounts and qt is directly across the street which is nice as well. Elevator is beyond slow, hallways has a funky smell sometimes, upon arrival room doesn’t have shampoo unless it’s asked for. Has a kitchenette but no items at all to use with it. You have to ask the staff for whatever it is you need to get so that is kind of annoying. Key card sometimes gives a little bit of an issue and parking can be full since lot is on the smaller side.

Room was better than expected being an extended stay property. Beds were very comfortable and accommodating.

This hotel is so easy to enjoy. The kitchenette is perfect and the rooms are very comfortable. You can't find a more convenient facility in that area. I have stayed there on 6 or 7 different occasions and the staff is attentive and very pleasant. They truly do appreciate your business.

I stay at this place a lot for work. I always come in late one or two in the morning the last time I stayed the guy at the front desk has no personality. Doesn’t hardly even speak to you gave me a room that had not been cleaned. there was food in it when I’m trying to go to check in at 1:30 in the morning then I have to go back downstairs to get a different room. He takes forever to come to the window to help me but honestly that’s my first bad experience I’ve had at this place.

Everything was clean and jn order. The ladies up front were beyond helpful. Highly recommend, if you have a pet, just clean up after them.

I've already written a glowing and detailed Google review, so you can look over there, but here are the highlights. Know before you go what they don't have so you won't be all butthurt when you get here and they don't have a pool or a breakfast or daily housekeeping services. Studio 6 is Motel 6's extended stay model and they do a very good job! The price is right, the people are awesome, the rooms are clean and well enough appointed. The ice machine is handy, right next to the elevator, and they keep it clean.

I liked the location and beds were decent. There was no shower curtain, our door keys never worked, the shower water settings were backwards, ac was leaking, it wasn’t super clean. And elevators take forever.
