Great place to call home.

In the hallways there was the very strong smell of cat urine. You had to hold your breath to walk down the hall. The room did not smell too bad and was clean enough.

Was traveling solo and felt safe. Bed was comfy and room was clean. Full fridge was a plus— there was a stove but no utensils to use it… had to ask for a fork and spoon for my dinner.

The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the staff is amazing in this pet friendly hotel. They are all friendly and remember me when I return for medical procedures I have to have done in the city. The hotel has a small, comfortable courtyard that is partially shaded with trees. The kitchen area is perfect for casual needs and the hotel is more than willing to accommodate any needs you might have. I will always stay at this facility for future trips and the location is very good for access to the major highways.

Could let know no shampoo just bar soap. Other than that worth the price. Check in staff was very friendly, sorry don’t remember name.

No breakfast was served, but the kitchenette was great. The temperature inside the full size refrigerator was very cold as well as the hotel room itself. The outside the weather was hot. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The hotel was in a quiet area.

Room was clean and modern. No complaints at all. We stayed one night only, in town for a show and then on the road. Our daughter resides nearby.

This hotel hits you with a required $100 deposit at check-in. No where in the listing is this disclosed. They stated this is refunded back when room is cleaned and no evidence of smoking. No receipt is given for this deposit and they do charge it to your card. The place is clean but the bathroom fan did not work, the shower had low pressure because the water came out of the tub spigot and shower head. The phone cord was broke on the phone and needed jiggled to work. I addressed these problems with the front desk and they offered to switch us into a different room, which was not convenient for 3 women being gone early and a late return. I asked for compensation for the problems but the front desk people have no authority. I was told the manager would be there the next day, no manager was there. I have not gotten the deposit back yet and the manager should have called as it's been 3 days. Front desk stated the refund would take 1-5 business days. Our stay was for July 31-Aug 2, 2026.

The cost to stay versus the value provided was lacking. While our room was clean there were clear signs they had just painted over the tired fixtures and trim work particularly in the bathroom area.
