The staff they where nice, and the was clean and comfortable The elevator and bending machines weren’t working, and I was on the fourth floor. It smelled like cigarettes in the first-floor hallway, but not in my room, so it was fine.

Laundry was pretty bad. 4 out of 5 washer working, plus all around dirty. Shower in room was pretty poor. Takes a lot to take a shower

Contracted a full-body fungal infection from the filthy tub/shower so everything is definitely not being disinfected properly. The full body fungal infection I contracted causing my body and face to be covered in ringworm sores.

Essentially a studio apartment. The bed was adequate. The hvac unit cooled it fairly well (it was hot upon arrival). The bathroom & towels were worthwhile. Staff is not immediately reachable, on hand. At times the bed felt like a futon. Only 1 elevator in middle/center of bldg. Common areas not AC'd; plenty of other "guests" loitering in parking lot and/or common areas.

Nice place to stay!

On my return the second day my key card would not work. No one was in the front office and no one answered the telephone on the wall. One man waited about an hour to check in on his reservation and I waited 45 minutes to get a key that would let me in my room. On the return of two girls, no apology or explanation. Ex-Convicts were running around in the halls from room to room. Overall the place was filthy, staff didn't care, standard equipment didn't work, and as a retired law enforcement officer I didn't even feel safe.
