On my return the second day my key card would not work. No one was in the front office and no one answered the telephone on the wall. One man waited about an hour to check in on his reservation and I waited 45 minutes to get a key that would let me in my room. On the return of two girls, no apology or explanation. Ex-Convicts were running around in the halls from room to room. Overall the place was filthy, staff didn't care, standard equipment didn't work, and as a retired law enforcement officer I didn't even feel safe.

Okay All was okay

All good

Didn't know people lived there. Felt very unsafe. Room slelled of pot! Had to burn candles and spray air freshener the whole time. People slamming cabinet doors at all hours of night. No staff on property in evenings. Will not be back!!

Kitchen didn’t have any appliances so couldn’t use it at all. Bed had only 2 thin pillows.

Maybe my fault but I assumed it would have exercise facilities and pool but none. Then after checking in and going to room, there were 6 police officers talking to guests in the hall. We were near the front door and the door banged loudly every time people went in or out. No iron and according to signs I could not talk to anyone before 9 am for an iron but I had to leave for my meeting by about 7 am.

Everything after that went very well. The price for the amenities was a good deal.

Worst hotel experience ever.

I stayed here for three months and they only changed my sheets one time. You’re supposed to have housekeeping every two weeks, but it would be several weeks before my trash got changed or I got clean towels.

The elevator and the halls leading to the room were dirty and people were hanging around in the halls. When we got to the room, the bedspread was gray with dirty brown stains all over it. There were long stands of hair on the pillow. The wall next to the bed clearly had never been cleaned, you could see long stains all down the wall. There was no way we could stay.

Conveniently off highway My room was Dirty. Floor was sticky and dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been swept and mopped in weeks. Bathroom was dirty. Floor had other people’s hair over it.

And the phone number never be answered, only voice system even daytime. This is the first time I've ever given a negative review in a hotel during the past 3 years of traveling in United States.

The location was out of the way and had nothing in walking distance for food or anything else you might need. I was woken on my final day by the front desk at 8:30 am asking me if I was checking out or extending my stay. I feel there were other options besides a wake knock on the door that was not requested. Check out was for 11:00 am and this was in writing in the contract and signed. It was an overall uncomfortable experience and will not be returning.

It was very clean and and in a safe area. The air worked well. Price was fair. It had a small kitchette area with a full size fridge.

Nothing The house keeper stole things

The hotel is generally good except for every morning noise from the third floor. It was either an annoying tenant or the staff. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Hard to get a bar of soap. Two pancake pillows for a queen size bed and unable to get any more. Broken vending machine. Kitchenette in the room but not pots, pans, glasses, or dishes. No ice machines and no ice cube trays. No "do not disturb" sign for the door. Would not stay here again.

Parking is bad. People with not disability parking in the those spaces. If you pay on the day you book your stay. They charge yo u supposedly $100 for early pay and should refund you, but they don't. Rooms were clean but the bathrooms needed alot of upgrading
