The front desk guy, I think named Jordan was AMAZING. The best desk help I have ever seen at a hotel. So helpful, kind, knew what he was doing. The facility was so clean too. Best hotel stay I have ever been to.

Very clean, very friendly staff. Jordan, receptionist, provided excellent customer service above and beyond. The breakfast was very tasty, good variety of offered choices every day. The serving was very helpful and nice. We were staying as a big group (soccer team with parents) and staff were very accommodating. The bathroom vent did not work

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was also ideal, close to shops and restaurants, Kansas City, and other nearby places of interest.

Bathroom. Door shower did not close. Toilet was super load. Sink faucet was too close to sink border, making it hard to wash. Water pressure was poor.

The breakfast was decent and decent options. The facility was pretty clean and easy to find. The staff was nice and helpful. The window in the room was not sealed well.. all night I could hear wind blowing in around the frame and by morning there was frost on the inside window seal. We had a double bed room and it really sucked only having the one night stand between the beds with 4 people and no luggage rack! Also for smoking outside would be nice to have somewhere to sit and smoke.
