I had to return home and did not stay the night. The staff was gracious and told me that "you should be good" in terms of being able to receive a refund. Nope. I didn't get it.

The location was great and so was the room. I wasn't charged enough tax when I paid online. There is a $5 balance. How do I pay it.

Facilities were clean and prices were decent. Breakfast style was different and charged per attendance unless prepaid with room, which was done. Initially it was charged until the receipt proved that breakfast was included. While I did enjoy the breakfast, the limited selection was not too enjoyable for the children. The pool, however, definitely made up for that.

Nice, clean property, easy parking, great outdoor fireplace area. Good Old Fashioned drink at the bar and flatbread. Plenty of spaces to hang out and relax inside and outside.

The hotel was the nicest we’ve been to in quite awhile. Our room was extremely spacious which is important for our big family. We absolutely loved it and will stay here again.
