The location was great and around a lot of easy accessible spots to eat and shop Our first room floor was sticky and disgusting as if there was soda in the carpet and tile and wasn’t cleaned up. I took off my shoes when I got to the room and my socks turned black! We switched to another room and it was similiar to the first room but not as horrible. The hallways felt muggy and gross. Very disappointed.

Most expensive hotel on a 3 night trip but only one without a free breakfast. Room was clean and quiet and linens were good quality

Hilton staff is the best! From the front desk greeting and check in to the cleaning crew everyone is friendly and helpful. We always stay at the Garden Hilton when we travel to Kansas City.

We had a good stay. It was easy to get to and find. The staff was nice and was able to get us an early check in so we could get ready for dance competition. The room and hotel were clean and well maintained. The only things really were the bathroom door handle was broken. The lock button was missing a cover. There was no water in the lobby like there usually is. Also the coffee pot in room was not working.
