El servicio es pésimo desde que uno llega le dan largas para no darle la habitación aunque esté pagada no son nada considerados cuando uno viaja con menores de edad y aunque la habitación esté pagada no se la dan y no saben ni buscar las reservas no se lo recomiendo a nadie pésimo servicio al cliente

Very nice hotel with modern room. There was a new large soaking tub, a modern toilet, all the amenities. Breakfast was very good with real scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles, fruit, cereals. Loved the bed.

The hotel is not a destination in itself,it is functional and in that it is perfect.

The property was located in a good neighborhood and east to find. The staff was good and the facility well maintained. One concern, the the shower /tub combination is a bit cumbersome. The tub is very deep and difficult to to climb into.

It was an okay experience. The entire building had a weird smell to it especially the elevator. The bed didn’t feel comfortable. The hand soap smelled and felt weird. There was poop all over the parking lots and sidewalks. You couldn’t even tell if the buttons on the washer and dryer worked because you would press them and it wouldn’t even do anything. Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t stay there again

Room was next to mechanical room for the pool. Which was very loud. It was also across the hall from ice machine which leaked, resulting carpet being wet.

Honestly the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel in awhile! The parking was easy access and plenty of places to park! The rooms were clean and had all the necessities in them! Also the front desk staff was super nice! Would recommend staying!
