Comfort Inn & Suites Olathe - Kansas City

Place was very clean and staff was very friendly.

Room was nice ce and clean, beds were too hard. Breakfast was ok, but biscuits were stale !

Manager was excellent!

The lobby was clean and breakfast was great. Plenty of convenient parking. Close to good restaurants. The bathroom light bulb was flickering, but the staff replaced it for me. The bathroom tile floor needed a real cleaning. Every else was fine.

We didn’t end up staying here because the beds were so low (missing the box spring) and front desk staff said all the rooms were the same. With recent knee surgery it was not possible for me to get in or out of bed easily. Front desk staff was understanding and cancelled our reservation.

The bathroom light keeps flickering too much and bathtub was too high to get in. The breakfast was lukewarm and selection was limited.

Front desk gentleman was very nice. Cleanliness was less than appropriate. Our room had dirty tile. Shower had hair everywhere. The shower faucet was coming off the wall and the shower walls were dirty. Had issues with the level 2 charging station but the front desk gentleman was very helpful and was able to get it turned on. Overall, it was fine, but the cleaning needs an overhaul.

You can tell they are really trying, some remodeling going on, but just not as nice as the pictures online represent. The fitness room smelled really bad, super musty. Rooms were clean, and the breakfast was good.

Good

Pleasant

The bathroom hadn't been vacuumed, the bathtub stopper didn't work, and it hadn't been cleaned properly either. Good location and prices 👍

.

I was given a wheelchair accessible room that I did not request. I was not told this at the front desk when I checked in so it wasn't until I got to the room when I found out. I wouldn't care except I have knee issues and the bed is too low but I put up with it for the one night I was staying. The room was clean and quiet. There was a nice variety of food for breakfast.

Was a good hotel for short stay. Not conveniently located to everything. Breakfast was good. Rooms was clean .

I left the hotel and returned three different times. Each time I passed the front desk, there was no staff present. The carpet throughout the hallway was taped down instead of replaced. Just my opening the fitness center's door wide enough to look in, I could smell nothing but mildew and the only treadmill was not working per the note on it. I saw hair and dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The television remote left my hands feeling sticky after the only time I touched it.

The hotel is just ok. I was disappointed because I thought this was a better hotel than it turned out to be. This is a polished turd. Lots of unfinished or things needing done. You can clearly see they've remodeled with the cheapest options, I couldn't even use the office chair in the room because it was broken! I'm not talking kinda broke, I'm talking unusable. So nobody saw that?! Also didn't feel the room was cleaned properly.

OK Eggs seem like they come from a box.

Great experience clean rooms great breakfast friendly staff

?

The room wasn't bad, but the floors were not clean and the TV had spots on that glowed throughout it. When checking out, they did take notes of what I told them.
