Greetings from the front counter was very pleasant along with a quick check in. Elevator inspection was out of date per the copy in the elevator. Room seemed clean but the carpet was stained and there were no bad smells. Would stay there again if needed.

Hot tub was out of order Smell was not pleasing. Breakfast was minimal; very few options. But worst of all was the shower. The plastic insert would never accommodate anyone over 6ft! I’m 5’8” and my head touched the shower head. And the shower curtain bowed out so there was no way to keep the water in the shower. It took every towel we had to contain the floor puddle… Lastly, the location was not ideal. We had to drive in to the shop center, circle around the back of the shops, and through a different hotels parking lot. So confusing.

You can tell that the hotel is pretty old. You could see where things were broken and repaired/ painted over. This was true for the hotel as well as the room itself. In my opinion the hotel was just okay for the area it was in. No true complaints. It was comfortable and relatively quite. Im not picking but the TVs in the rooms could definitely use an upgrade.

En general el hotel estuvo bien, pero nos entregaron una habitación que tenía el baño sin agua, nos cambiaron a otra y el AC no funcionaba y al llamar por segunda vez el encargado se mostró bastante molesto con nosotros. El desayuno estuvo muy bien y a excepción del percance del primer día, el resto estuvo bien .

House keeping came by early morning and woke us up, I informed her what time we check out. She kept coming by every hour until we check out disturbing our sleep
