Seagrass Inn

Le seul hic c’est que le nettoyage des chambres ne se fait pas, on doit aller chercher nos serviettes chaque jour. Sans quoi c’est quand même très bien vu que le personnel et les propriétaires sont vraiment présents et à notre écoute

Excellent endroit, très propre, le cour arrière est un wow, les propriétaires sont tellement gentils, on est prêt de tout, plage et Peer, je recommande cet hôtel, nous avons passé des vacances superbes à cet hôtel.

Our third times here and still the best!

This is the third summer I have gone here. In my opinion it’s the best location . A short walk to the beach and the pier. It’s clean and well kept. The owners are extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend.

I love it here! Our 3 rd year in a row! Owners are fabulous. It’s everything we need for a few days away. Parking is fantastic. Proximity to beach is great. Pool is wonderful and the grill area is everything!!!! I’ll continue our annual trip to OOB at Seagrass next year!

Très près de la mer, du pier et des attractions. Insonorisation des chambres à discuter. On a apprécié l’air climatisé dans la chambre.

This place was nice and the staff was very friendly. It is in a happening part of town and is loud (but that should be expected in Old Orchard Beach). My only complaint was there was not a blanket on the bed, just a top sheet and the bed cover, which was a little thicker than a sheet. Other than that, great stay.

La chambre était très propre! La piscine est chauffée ce qui est parfait pour les enfants.. et pour les grands ahah. L’aménagement arrière avec les tables à pic-nic et les bbq c’était super ! Le personnel est gentil!

This was a perfectly adequate place to stay for a long weekend, but it isn’t luxury or anything. It definitely has a motel, not hotel feeling. Everything worked fine, and the location was amazing. There was a good sized fridge too, which was nice. The owners are also super nice. The downside for me was the hard bed and pillows.

For my personal experience everything was excellent rooms were clean the parking was close by just like the beach and restaurants I will definitely be back and we arrived early but were able to park and enjoy the beach while are room was getting ready so thank you for that

Great place to stay for a beach trip! Super friendly owners give plenty of guidance if you need it. They provide so much more than a clean room - backyard cooking and picnic area, pool if the cold ocean isn’t for you, beach gear, large fridge in room. Rooms are as pictured- small but for the price and extras, no complaints. Across the street to beach access. There is a train that runs periodically behind the hotel and street traffic can get noisy at times but not enough to keep you up at night.

Great place to stay! We come every year. The owners are super friendly. Reasonably priced and a short walk close to the pier.

Vacances en famille (6 adultes et 6 enfants) Très apprécié notre séjour au Seagrass Inn. Bel accueil, propre et bien équipé pour y passer quelques jours. Motel très bien situé pour tout faire à pied. Aussi, nous avions des chambres au 1er plancher et ce fut vraiment apprécié pour la commodité avec les enfants, merci Seagrass Inn. Nous penserons à nous si revenons à Old Orchard.

Le Seagrass Inn est un motel très bien situé, à proximité de la plage, du pier et des jeux. La chambre était propre, mais pas très grande, c'était OK pour dormir. Il y a une aire pour préparer des repas à l'extérieur avec 2 bbq, une plancha, un micro-ondes, 2 toaster, ainsi que de la vaisselle jetable fournie, ce qui facilitait la préparation de repas sans kitchenette dans la chambre. Toutefois, cette aire aurait pu être mieux entretenue et plusieurs fumaient dans cette section, on est moins habitué à ça au Québec... Si vous avez le sommeil léger, il y a le train qui passe à côté, ça brasse dans la chambre et on se fait réveiller par les sirènes, à tenir en compte, mais c'est la même chose pour tous les motels le long du chemin de fer ! Au final, nous avons passé un beau séjour !
