Very clean! Great location and staff!

Absolutely loved my solo stay here. I felt safe the entire time, was right next to the beach and walking distance of everything! Shirley, the incredible woman who checked me in, was so kind and helpful in orienting myself with the area. Thank you for a great stay!

the people at the hotel were so kind and very personable, the location was beautiful … get up early to watch the sunrise is a must!

Grandmother plus a 14, 12, and 8 yr old enjoyed a quick getaway. We got to use air conditioning one night and heat the next! Typical Maine. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch as was the foot washing station. No complaints from any of us except we wish there was time to stay one more night!

Location on the beach was wonderful. Heated pool was very nice. Rooms are spacious. Mattresses were pretty awful though.

The room was clean. The shower is very small. Also it was a weird setup as I was in a room at the top of the stairs and when you open the door, the bed was right there in the view.

Super Clean inside and out, steps from the beach, and staff was fantastic. If I was ever in the area I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Room was nice, and spacious. Bathroom was small but not a problem.

Ocean views baby!!! Room was right next to the pool and very roomy and comfortable. There was a board walk just feet from our room as well with beach access! Owner said hello and wished us a great stay and the staff was extremely friendly! The pool was far too warm (90 degrees) which I’m sure is amazing on chilly Maine nights …. 75-80 would have been superb!! (It was also in the 90s during our stay lol)

Location is great and rooms are comfortable! As all others on the beach it was pricey

Property is right on the beach and an easy walk to food, shops and palace playland. This is our second year staying here and the property is always very clean. My only dislike was our room was tucked away in a corner and because of the location we didn’t have access to a balcony or outdoor chairs which I usually use to hang towels from the beach or pool.

The beds were a little soft but that’s a preference.

L'annonce était pour une chambre de luxe. Je ne vois pas ou était le luxe. C'était une chambre régulière avec vue latérale de la mer à partir du balcon. Quand j'ai réservé j'avais retenu (chambre de luxe)......

The staff is always friendly and accommodating - they give me a large parking space which is helpful. Very clean and well maintained.

The rooms were very clean. the beach at this area is not crowded at all. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating. The only thing I didn’t like was the rooms only get cleaned every 3 days. Other than that it was a perfect getaway!

The staff were great, room was disappointing smelled stale, dirty caulking around shower, inferior carpentry work and furnishings. We had to leave mid stay due to yelling and screaming outside our window all night

It was very busy when we went in July, with several loud families with children, so we were waken by them in the mornings. There is parking, but the parking lot is very crowded and stayed pretty full.
