Ocean House Hotel & Motel

Great old beach house. We selected a larger suite in the main house that was shabby chic. This was off season so no one downstairs in common area but it was large and comfy. Right on a beautiful beach. Good deal

Ocean House was exactly what I was looking for! It’s right on the ocean, it was quiet and clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

Close to the beach Noisy leaking faucets, tv kept needing to be reset, and the oven didn't close right so they used a bolt latch from a door. Good thing I didn't plan to use it.

Stayed in the Dawn Suite and it was perfect! Absolutely stunning view of the ocean. 10/10!

It was so close to the beach. We had access to all the pools. The room was very clean. I liked everything.

Great location near the beach and downtown Very small room for 5 people, the beds were not comfortable at all.

The cost of this dumpy, hard to access motel room was outrageous! The room was dingy. The bathroom had black mold in the corner of the tub. I couldn't see the ocean. It was loud and smelled like damp wood. The outdoor tables on the deck were filthy and stained. It was very difficult to understand how to turn the lights on and off. Very inconvenient to register and difficult to locate room!

We really enjoyed our room and look forward to coming back. This company owns multiple hotels along this same road, which comes with its plusses and minuses. IIt is great because you have access to diffrentsm amenities no mater which location you stay at. The pool at this location is not heated and in Maine is cold. The hot tub was too far for us to be able to enjoy with out a ver cold walk back to our room as it would have been a 5-10 minute walk. There is only one lobby/check in location for all the properties. Which is fine but it is small and hard to park at any of the locations with a larger car.

We loved our stay. Our first night was Labour Day, so it was fairly quiet with not many rooms occupied. Our room was very clean upon arrival, the first floor was beautifully decorated and a great spot to escape and relax after the beach. The gym is great, the pools too. We were able to stay parked on the grounds past our checkout time which was very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here, especially during the less busy weeks.

We had a great time when we stayed here. I rented three rooms for the six of us. The staff was all extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with.

This is a great hotel i would like to recommend to all who enjoy beach view hotels. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the sand is great.

For a beach front place , they were excellent with no sand , which is difficult, landscaping nice and neat , bathrooms spotless

Great access to the beach and the pier. Mattress needed to be replaced, could feel the springs while sleeping

The room was clean and spacious. Some of the kitchen accessories were missing; however, the staff was quick to replace the items. Tree infested with wasps beside our balcony and staff quickly responded and remedied the issue. The pool was cold. The bathroom was dated but clean. The hotel is located close to the train, which you can hear many times during the night.
